We enjoyed our stay at Singel. The hotel is a 5-10 minute, easy walk from the train station. It is located on a quiet street along a canal. It was very safe and close to restaurants. We had a room with 3 twins and it was a good size. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had an ok blow dryer. Our canal view was through a very small window. That was the only disappointment, but we would stay again.

Beautiful little hotel. Stayed for three nights. Hotel reception has snacks and drinks for sale. Within walking distance to everywhere. The area is quiet at night so peaceful to get a good night's sleep. A little gift was left in room upon our arrival, which was much appreciated and a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel was perfect for our 3 day stay! Staff are extremely friendly and eager to please. Our room was amazing and had everything you needed. Breakfast was delicious and having the snacks to buy in reception certainly helped out our munchies😂 amazing location, walking distance to most places! But quiet at night so you get a good sleep ina very comfy bed! we would definitely book again and recommend to all our friends and family who visit regularly 🫶🏻 thank you for a great stay! We will be back 🙌🏻

A very nice small hotel, with a good breakfast. The single rooms are on the small side but perfectly acceptable (and mine had a view over the canal). Everything was clean and tidy. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of Central Station.

Lovely hotel set on canal, quiet area tho easy walking distance to dam square,shopping and station.Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms nicely decorated we had a triple room overlooking the canal .Staff very nice will definitely stay again.

Had a very good trip here this week. Location was perfect, very central without being too busy, was in a nice quiet area next to the canal. They were very accommodating with our room request a few days before. The room was perfect, had everything we needed (apart from a kettle so the tea had to be made out of the coffee machine, yuk!). The canal view was perfect. The only issue was the windows were very thin so sounded like they were wide open with the sounds of the outdoors. Got woken up at 4:30am by an argument right outside our window which sounded like they were in our room! A big shoutout to Bas on reception for being helpful and giving us all his recommendations and interesting facts about Amsterdam. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

A very nice hotel, excellent welcome from the staff, you feel at home. I recommend the breakfast, you will not be disappointed. We had an excellent stay, 3 extraordinary days, thank you to the Single Hotel team. Everything can be visited on foot, just arrange museum tickets in advance.
