Had a great time at the hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor and a it had a balcony attached, we enjoyed lattes sitting there in the early morning. The cafe next door is perfect for some quick coffee. The washroom was great as well (very big for european standards). Front desk was very kind and helpful in answering questions. If you have a hard time with the stairs in Amsterdam, you'll be thankful the hotel has a small lift 😅. Be mindful room space is tight, but worth it if you prefer having a larger washroom.

The location of the hotel is great. It is close to Dam Square and the red-light district, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is good.

We stayed in a room with two single beds. The room is a bit small, but it is reasonable considering the price range. It is a pity that there is no hair dryer or other facilities, but the hot water comes out well and the basic facilities are solid. The beds are very soft, so your taste may vary. There is a lift, so it is easy to move your luggage. However, the hallway is a bit narrow, so if you are as big as Seo Jang-hoon, it may be inconvenient to use the stairs.
4. Service
The front desk is open 24 hours. We had an error during the reservation process, but the staff helped us early or late at night, such as at 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.

The reception is super strange - after a 14 hour flight they strictly waited for check-in at 15:00 and not a minute earlier, they came at 14:53 and waited exactly 7 minutes looking at the hotel employee while he just stood and looked at the wall. Well, this is a peculiarity of Holland, for 200 euros a night in 3 stars could have tried. The room itself was not super clean, especially the dirty curtains and decorations.
