Excellent location near Leidseplein. Rooms are very small. I could not open my suitcase in the room. Reception is slow and no flexibility to get room before 3 pm. They check you in upon arrival but you do not get the room until 3 pm. You have to stand in line twice and they are only 2 at reception and everything takes time. Rooms are clean and very well equipped.

Just wow , first time at the Hard rock Amsterdam but will not be the last . Great part of town lots of restaurants and bars and easy walk to centre . The room are luxurious and I believe all different . The staff are so friendly . Clean good value and and amazing breakfast . Would recommend

Only shampoo, it would be better if there are hair care products 👌. Uber does not have a hotel location to make an appointment in front of the hotel. I don’t know why? Just return to the hotel. If you want to call for a taxi, go to the NH or Marriott Hotel opposite. The breakfast restaurant is very comfortable and the food is simple and sufficient😌
