Excellent location near Leidseplein. Rooms are very small. I could not open my suitcase in the room. Reception is slow and no flexibility to get room before 3 pm. They check you in upon arrival but you do not get the room until 3 pm. You have to stand in line twice and they are only 2 at reception and everything takes time. Rooms are clean and very well equipped.

Only shampoo, it would be better if there are hair care products 👌. Uber does not have a hotel location to make an appointment in front of the hotel. I don’t know why? Just return to the hotel.
