If I could give the service as 0, I would.
Upon check in the staff were not friendly nor helpful.
Theres no initiative on their end at all.
The room aircon was not working, even though it’s winter, the room is warm with still air. So it was such an uncomfortable night.
What’s worst is the toilet is was leaking..
Housekeeping is not daily too given the price..

The hotel is very new and clean, and has a microwave oven and complete tableware. The location is good, very close to the subway station. It only takes a few minutes to walk. It's also very quiet at night. The front desk service is very good. There is coffee and water available at the front desk. It is a very cozy hotel. I will stay here again next time. It is highly recommended.
