Nice for vacation stays Had a nice time in Amsterdam. Location is a short walk to the ferry over to Amsterdam Centraal, though not much to do immediately around the hotel itself. Amenities were very nice, like having a whole apartment. Only downside is that our pull out sleeper was broken so two of us had to sleep at an angle. There were no other rooms available at the time of our stay so unfortunately we had to deal. It was really a great stay other than this mishap. I would say better for smaller groups rather than our foursome. Very clean, self service restocks on basics, washers and lockers were a plus.

We were a family of 13 with 5 different rooms, on two different floors. We stayed here at the end on June 2024 for 4 days. The hotels website states that the room has AC (air conditioning) and i can tell you IT DID NOT!!! We asked for the manager the first day and told us that it is set the same in the whole building based on the weather outside, the temperature adjusts to climate control. The room was consistently 27/28 C in our rooms, reaching only as low as 26 in the evening. That's way too hot to sleep. The hotel only offered us 1 fan in each room but that did nothing but move around warm air. I tried for months to try to get a partial refund and was given the run around over and over again. "They tried to call" but nothing! Sure they did! Just hoping i would go away, i guess. Horrible customer service and a horrible hotel. We own a travel agency and are content creators on several social media platforms in Europe, so they will definitely be losing allot of business because we will do our best to keep business away from this hotel.
