I do not recommend it to anyone You never know when you will get an untidy room, you will arrive tired at 22:00. They didn't agree to clean the room at that time, so they turned us down for two nights. they offered to return the money within a week. But only thanks to my persistence, I asked to pay another hotel at the last minute. The consultant agreed. But that's the only plus in that situation. You will be promised compensation for a taxi to another hotel, but you will not receive anything. It's a shame. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO STAY IN AMSTERDAM!!! :

Service is terrible. Would never go there again. They promise things and then don't deliver. I did not get what I signed up for. Various things broken, eg. window door could not close while it was raining and cold outside, the door handle wasn't properly fitted so from the outside you could not enter the fire escape, the airco made an extremely loud noise every hour, right through the night, ruining my sleep every night.

We were a family of 13 with 5 different rooms, on two different floors. We stayed here at the end on June 2024 for 4 days. The hotels website states that the room has AC (air conditioning) and i can tell you IT DID NOT!!! We asked for the manager the first day and told us that it is set the same in the whole building based on the weather outside, the temperature adjusts to climate control. The room was consistently 27/28 C in our rooms, reaching only as low as 26 in the evening. That's way too hot to sleep. The hotel only offered us 1 fan in each room but that did nothing but move around warm air. I tried for months to try to get a partial refund and was given the run around over and over again. "They tried to call" but nothing! Sure they did! Just hoping i would go away, i guess. Horrible customer service and a horrible hotel. We own a travel agency and are content creators on several social media platforms in Europe, so they will definitely be losing allot of business because we will do our best to keep business away from this hotel.

Had an overnight stay due to an event I participated to in Amsterdam Noord. After being positively surprised by the location in Amsterdam East, I decided to book Bob W Noord as it as located close to the event I was attending. Even though the design is completely different from the location in East, the attention to details was equally pleasant. If you are looking for a different kind of accommodation but very efficient, this is for you. Thanks Bob W team for a great stay in Amsterdam

The title says it all. I stayed in this hotel for two nights and left with a significant amount of bedbugs bites all over my body. After talking to the staff about this issue, and providing a doctors note attesting of the situation, I was merely acknowledged. To avoid at all cost!

The whole place was very clean. Our stay was comfortable and all the things we needed were there. The big windows were great and the location of the place was very interesting. We mostly used ferry from NDSM towards Centraal station which was quite fun for us and the kids

WE Had a very pleasent stay at Bob W. Near to the Center of Amsterdam, very good reachable, we found a very nice and clean flat so WE enjoyed our stay very much
