After the check-in, I encountered a series of problems. The front desk arranged people to help me solve the problem. The service was very good. My suitcase is broken, and the hotel is looking for someone to help me get it. Then the skinny is too slippery to open the door. The front desk is looking for repairs. I can wrap the tape on the handle to facilitate my access and the hotel steak is super delicious.

Nice hotel, good location, clean rooms. The service is also very good, the corridor is quiet, and there is a gym. The hotel rooms are fully equipped. I will stay here again next time. The hotel staff are very considerate.

To start my review Naduah at reception was utterly fantastic. She gave great tips, was extremely helpful with any request and overall great at her job! This place is lovely to stay in for a holiday with a small kitchen equipped with all the essentials as well as a very comfortable bed! They have a great snack bar open 24/7 for things you forget about or if you’re craving a midnight snack! Only thing that we would do next time is stay directly in the city. Although it is only a 5 minute train ride to Amsterdam Central, we would have liked to be able to walk out of our door and experience the culture in the city centre! For those who can’t afford to be closer (like us), this is a great option!!

Love the energy and vibe of this place The front desk is so helpful and so knowledgable The breakfasts are such a wonderful way to start your day The rooms are clean though they did have some plumbing issues ( the water from the flush tank kept running ) but these are quick fixes I would definitely come back here again Yours Ryan

Overall clean and Worth its price! Love the kitchen and washing machine and superb location, just next to Piccadilly station. Free bus 1 & 2 stop right in front of the hotel. Surrounded by convenient stores and fast-food restaurant. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, thanks for letting us check in earlier! Only thing is no phone call to the room service, scan QR code on desk and link to Whatsapp but reply delayed for hours
