Went to Amsterdam for the first time with my boyfriend before heading to tomorrowland. Was amazed at how central the location the hotel was located, just opposite Amsterdam central station and afew minute walk to the red light district. It was amazing that when you walk out of the hotel, it was just where the food streets and bar streets were at. Super convenient, recommend 10/10.

We had a great stay at Inntel Amsterdam Hotel. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Primark, London Dungeon, and plenty of great food options. It was also conveniently near the train station, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay in Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend! :)

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal. The architecture is vintage and beautiful. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The spa facilities in the hotel are excellent.
Overall I had an amazing experience and relaxing stay.

Very noisy.
The noise of laughing, screaming, and swearing on the streets outside the hotel didn't stop until 4.00am!! I read the reviews about the noise before I booked the room, but I never expected it was so horrible like that.
I will never ever go back to this hotel again.
Suggestion: If you are white, you can try to ask for a room on the higher floors, or just simply stay in other hotels around that are nice and cheaper.

The room was very clean, the staff were very kind, but only one thing that made me very uncomfortable is that the recipients were talking about negative content. I guess they could do that because I am Asian and they might think I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Unfortunately, I could understand it, what is worse, they might not have the hospitality as a staff of hotel. They were young and complains about their colleague. A woman staff was saying “She is so rude. She doesn’t listen to people.” or something like that. I was there with my sister, and she doesn’t understand English that well. I didn’t want to ruin our memory, that’s why I pretend not listening to their talk at all, but I was disappointed with it. I will not recommend this hotel, and may not select this hotel again.

Right next to the subway station, there are trams 4 and 14. We came out of the airport to take the train to the Central Station, and then changed to No. 4 to the hotel. The streets and roads in Amsterdam are not all asphalt roads, many of which are small bricks and have a lot of luggage. You have to choose the side of the subway station, otherwise you will walk too hard. Old hotel, very clean, very warm reception. No breakfast choice. If you are booking a car, please pay attention to the fact that taxis, etc. cannot reach the entrance of the hotel, or you must cross the square, or be on the side of the road behind you.
This hotel is new and well-maintained. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes by tram from the train station and 30 minutes from the main museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there were a few minor issues. The door to our room was extremely heavy, making it difficult for some guests to open. Additionally, the air conditioning unit made a cleaning sound during the night, which was disruptive to our sleep. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and I would recommend it to others.

The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and they are helpful in calling a taxi. The hotel environment is not bad, but the canal room has a slightly musty smell, but the view is really great! Overall it's ok!

GGuest UserGreat service in this beautiful canal facing hotel. It’s a very old building so be prepared for the steep staircase! The service was good with free coffee and tea in the reception area along with maps. Staff are friendly
WWENTINGAfter the check-in, I encountered a series of problems. The front desk arranged people to help me solve the problem. The service was very good. My suitcase is broken, and the hotel is looking for someone to help me get it. Then the skinny is too slippery to open the door. The front desk is looking for repairs. I can wrap the tape on the handle to facilitate my access and the hotel steak is super delicious.
Eed anA clean and spacious room for a couple with two big luggage. A quiet hotel away from the busy main roads.
The hotel is conveniently located near Amsterdam centraal. Tram/bus stop is just outside. Make it very convenient to move around and explore Amsterdam.
The hotel staff are friendly and offer their help to the best of their ability.
Just disappointed that I should have spent more days in Amsterdam and stay at this hotel.
Thank you to all the staff, especially Sarah. Appreciate the late checkout at 1pm as it allows me to do my prayers before flying home.
My choice hotel when I'm back in Amsterdam. Hopefully very soon. :)
CCUII stayed in the hotel during my business trip. It's clean and in a convenient location, and the hotel service is also good. Overall, it is quite good. I will choose it again next time and hope the hotel could give more discounts to old customers.

AAdil HadoExcellent location within walking distance to Dam Square and tourist attractions. Small bedroom and bathroom but both clean and adequate for a short stay. Pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast room with reasonable choice. Limited facilities but overall would recommend.
GGuest User
GGEORGEIt is very close to the Central Railway Station, Chinatown, the city center and the red light district, and it is 5 minutes away from the railway station. The facade of the hotel is small and inconspicuous, but the inside is still very clean, air-conditioned, and each floor is distinguished by a different color. The breakfast is also richer. In addition to the regular scrambled eggs, sausages, smoked pork, mushrooms, etc., you can also order freshly roasted egg-wrapped meat. In short, you don't need a car to live here. I just went to the windmill village and paid 10 euros for a day at the bicycle shop 50 steps away. There is a parking space at the door, but I don’t know how to pay. The waiters are very enthusiastic and very nice!
肯肯亞AA冷萃The location is convenient, close to Waterlooplein station, and there is a cafe around the corner. The room is not big, especially the bathroom is very narrow, but the basic amenities are there, including a hairdryer, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel focuses on sustainability. If cleaning is required, you need to scan the QR code to register the day before.
The biggest problem is the room door. The door is heavy and has no buffer. Anytime someone from the next door enters or exits the room, they will be startled by the sound of the door being slammed shut.
