"The location was a bit out of the way, quite far from the city center. We had to rely entirely on taxis or Uber to get around, with fares to the city center costing over €30 during peak hours and around €20 off-peak.
The room itself was quite small, and there was no table for eating. We had to use the tables on the ground floor if we wanted to dine.
What's more, a hairdryer wasn't provided in the room. When I went down to the front desk to ask for one, they requested a €20 deposit. I asked if I needed to bring it back at check-out, and the staff member said to just leave it in the room. This was rather inconvenient – shouldn't such information be provided during check-in? Plus, I had to wait a long time in line just to get the hairdryer.
But the most frustrating part was this: I didn't receive my deposit back several days after checking out. After I contacted the hotel through Ctrip, they informed me I had to go to the front desk to collect it in cash. Seriously? They didn't mention this policy when I picked up the hairdryer; it was only *after* I had left that they told me a card refund wasn't possible and it had to be cash. I've never encountered anything like this before. Every other hotel I've stayed at processes card refunds directly after check-out. This is genuinely the first time I've heard of a guest being told to come back to collect a cash refund after they've already departed."
"Located in a quiet place, away from the city. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It has a full kitchen with stove and oven, very convenient for self cooking. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Albert Heijn and it's close to the tram stop.
After checking out, we left our luggage at the reception and went for a walk before coming back. The reception was really helpful and it was an easy process."
"The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now.
I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception .
This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel"
"Very satisfied with everything. You can take tram No. 5 or No. 25 to the city center, and No. 25 tram to the South Station. It's a pretty good hotel I've stayed in in Amsterdam. You can cook and the price is reasonable.
I will still consider staying here next time."
"This place is convenient and cost effective as compared to other hotel options. The rooms are as the name indicates capsule size. Bathroom is large A cleaning cleaning my room realised I left a hard copy of my ticket behind he came down to give it to me and I showed him my soft copy I wanted to tip him but he was reluctant to take it. I am sharing this to show why I give the staff 5 stars. This is my second time here."
"It was perfect for my short trip. It was easy to get a tram or subway to the city center. It's not a new hotel but still comfortable and clean. The staff was great, and the breakfast choices were alright."
"The hotel is 7 min walk to tram station and 50 min to Central. The best part of the hotel was free parking and had a charging point.
The hotel rooms were spacious and super clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Smooth check in process"

"The room was very nice, clean. There was a very nice girl at the reception. But there were problems with the cleaners. On the first day at lunchtime, a cleaner burst into my room, although I was still asleep. It was very scary. On the second day, the same cleaner tried to enter the room again saying check-out, although there was still an hour before check-out. He was very angry and dissatisfied. He was a very unpleasant young man who spoiled the whole impression of the hotel."
"Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport.
Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself.
Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better/often as lots of rest of food/drinks were almost everywhere."
