I don't recommend this hotel to other travellers due to below mentioned reasons. 1. Toilet flush was not working. 2. Geezer was not fitted in bathroom. 3. Non availability of tea making machine. 4. No provision for iron for clothes press. 5. Breakfast was provided in front of hotel & only ch-ole bhature was the option. I never ever again visit to this kind of hotel.

The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

Lovely place and fantastic service. We, fc madras, a group of 25 members had stayed at hotel escala by level up. I must admit that the staff went above and beyond to make our team feel comfortable. As a sports team, we had very specific meal requirements and escala never disappointed us. Rooms were clean and always well maintained. The staff were courteous and always made us feel at home. Our entire team enjoyed their stay and there is no doubt that we will always choose them when we come to amritsar.
