Location of property very good. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness good. Service prompt. Breakfast nice. Only mattress is too spongy. I needed or-tho matress. Ac too cool as central ac. Control not available in rooms. Room locks difficult to open. Need replacement. Otherwise overall good value for money.

Rating it 2 star just because of the helpful and polite staff and working aircon otherwise this hotel has to improve on a lot of things. Foremost is cleanliness which was lacking. Linens, pillow covers, comforters were not clean at all and seemed that they didn't change it after the previous customers left and seemed used and not fresh. There were stains on everything. Even pillows were torn and stuffing was coming out of those. I saw an ant on my bed and was very hard after that for me to sleep in the bed. Towels were damp and when I asked for a new ones, they were dirty too. Washrooms were relatively better and clean. No kettle in the room for tea/coffee and no free bottled water as falsely advertised on their site. Also, it is not 1.6 km from Golden Temple as falsely advertised but 3 km away. Had to ask for toilet roll. I didn't have a comfortable stay and could not wait for the next day to checkout. If you want to have a budget stay, then probably go for it otherwise there are a lot of better options available near by so do not waste your money on this hotel.

Special mention to Raj at the reception, Vardhan , the manager and Heera who went out of the way to get us medicine at midnight. 5 stars to Saaba, our *** Friday. I had recently visited Amritsar with my mother, I decided to stay at Aura Grand. I never thought that it would be a great experience as I had no info where to stay in Amritsar. But my decision turned out very well. I had great time being at Aura Grand. Staff was very polite and humble. To be honest first time I have loved the taste of hotels inhouse kitchen food. Kadhai paneer was really good and tasty. I request you all to give Aura Grand a chance to experience the wonderful hospitality of them. Stay- 5/5 Food- 5/5

It was a great experience to stay at the hotel, nice clean rooms, healthy environment and the staff was really cooperative. They guided well and were very generous. Nice location near isbt and good-parking space was there. Must recommended for family stay at hotel holiday comfort

Stayed for one day with my family. We were 6 people and a toddler, so booked 3 deluxe rooms. After checking in we wanted to change one of the rooms as we wanted the front balcony view in all the rooms. The owner immediately addressed our request and changed one of the room to an available vacant room with balcony view in the 2nd floor. We were provided with complementary water bottles on arrival on all the rooms. There were service guys available for taking all luggage from the reception to the rooms-they handled luggage with care. From the terrace, the view of Har***dir Sahib was very good. We were able to walk to the temple in just less than a minute. The locality was safe - women in my family went to the temple at 3 am in the morning for Darshan. On checkout our luggage were moved from all rooms to the reception, and later to the cab by the service guy; Though he did not de***d any money for the service, we gave some small amount as a good will gesture. Rooms were tidy and had working led TV. Bathrooms were clean. All rooms had balcony and had view towards the temple. The staff were professional and courteous. We had to extend our stay more than the time mentioned for checkout due to our travel itinerary timings; the owner have taken the request and let us stay for few more hours without taking any additional charges. Also they arranged cab to airport, which was comfortable and picked us up from the hotel - rate of cab was same as OLA. Only one thing to point out for people who need larger room is that the area of deluxe rooms were less, which we did not mind, as our intention to stay was to visit Har***dir Sahib temple. There were larger family rooms in the 3rd floor. There is lift access to all floors. All in all I would recommend this place, and would stay here again in my next visit.
