Such a wonderfull stay we had with this hotel.very nicely maintained hotel.location is also very good nd merket in just nearby..entire staff is very co operative and helpfull.we enjoyed our stay ,will visit soon in future to enjoy luxury again

So I booked this hotel considering the swimming pool facility being included to cut down this summer’s heat. The fern is a brand plus the swimming pool was the only reason for me booking this hotel. After checking in the Front office manager Ms Sapna told me that the pool operational timings are only 7 AM to 1 PM, which sounded quite weird as to why it is not operational in the evening . After questioning further she informed that there is a private pool party in the evening. Now I could see it myself that till 8:15PM there was no party is being conducted pool side as you can see in uploaded picture which was capture 8:15PM and i ask for the pool at 5:30PM. I questioned further and was told that the owner has booked the pool for the evening. Now, if that is so then why was not same informed on the booking websites about the same before booking the same. The charges are same however the all the facilities are not offered as promised. A complete fraud and unprofessional attitude. Is this feasible and professional as per you? Is this how you normally conduct business?

My short stay in this hotel is very relaxful and satisfied. Staff is really co-operative and polite .Breakfast is also very nice.overall my experience is good. People should come and stay here. Washrooms are also clean and sanitised properly.

We had a 4-night 5-day stay. I was with my parents and brother and was totally disappointed with the customer service at the four-star hotel. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked the warmth expected at such establishments. Additionally, the room service was subpar; room orders took longer than anticipated. It felt like the service didn’t match the hotel’s four-star rating. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, and I expected a higher standard of service from a hotel in this category. The only plus point is the quality of the food served at Flavours Restaurant, the service team under Ms Kiran was the best and the only best experience we had in the hotel.

Hosted family wedding at this centrally located 4 star hotel. Newly renovated rooms were allocated to my family members. Executive Chef Mr. Sunny Sharma offered very tasty food items. Every delicacy was praised by the invitees at the function. We highly recommend this hotel for rooms and events.

Food was fantastic. However, the room that was provided was not cleaned properly. Washroom was unclean and bedsheets were not cleaned. Expected clean room to stay. Bathroom was clogged. Only plus points were the friendly staff and food

Lovely stay nice, cosy and comfortable room , staff is very courteous, humble, services good .entire ambience is lovely, the food is amazing extremely clean room hygienic and great place to be to make you feel like home hotel is very good location Good job 👍
