Divud Ecom Hotel

I stayed at Divud Ecom Hotel Amritsar from March 6th to March 8th, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was allocated had a persistent unpleasant odor, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the walls were cracked and stained, giving the room a neglected appearance. The curtains were old and dusty, adding to the overall sense of uncleanliness. To add to the disappointment, the TV in the room was not functional, depriving me of entertainment during my downtime. Moreover, I noticed burnt switchboards in the room, which raised concerns about safety standards. The bed provided was smaller than expected, contributing to discomfort during sleep. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of daily room cleaning service. This oversight led to a buildup of dirt and further exacerbated the already unsatisfactory conditions. Overall, my stay at Divud Ecom Hotel Amritsar fell short of expectations due to the numerous issues encountered. I hope that the ***agement takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to enhance the quality of their accommodations.

Property was good location but they have a big issue for maintenance like water supply. TV are not working. Wi-Fi is not working so if you are going with your family so I’m not suggest to book this hotel you can book another hotel in same price surrounding fair is ₹1000.

Had a harrowing experience here. Had booked 2 family rooms well in advance. Went ahead with online reviews and how courteous they were at the time of booking. I had clearly told them that we will be reaching late as we were arriving by evening Shatabdi. I had also mentioned that we have 2 kids and would need some basic facility like hot water to drink. It feels like we committed a sin by coming to this hotel. When we reached there was no water given in the rooms. We had to wait for almost an hour to get 2 bottles of water for 8 people. Then when we asked if they can give an electric kettle to warm water, they said all of them are under repair and don't have any working. When we insisted that we need hot water, they gave it after another 1 hour in a tea kettle which seemed to be unwashed and had a layer of oil floating on top. Rooms were not clean, quilts were stinking of urine, pillows were broken and none of these complaints were attended. In the morning, they served only aloo parantha even though they have an elaborate menu and refused to cook anything else, not even bread toast. At the time of checkout, we requested for one room to be given on an hourly basis as one of our family members wasn't feeling well but they refused that request as well. They have a staff of sweet talkers but the service is pathetic. I don't know but how they have the guts to even charge us after giving such poor service. We didn't want to fight it out as we had come only for Darshan. I think even their reviews are paid and not genuine. We weren't expecting any 5 star treatment but these guys are not at all hospitable and are incompetent to provide basic necessities.

Very bad service and hotel not worth for money no amenities was working

Its very bad conditions. No water in bathroom. Water can stop anytime without inform the customer. All dirty bed sheet , bad smell. Hotel staff didn't care customer I suggest for everyone, plz book other hotel

Very good hotel and brilliant staff. You get a family feel and people are very nice there. The food facilities and the service of the staff is very nice. The chef is very friendly and look after you like a family member

We have visited Amritsar in dec 2022 with family. The hotel is neat and clean with only breakfast to offer. Location is very good and walking distance from Golden temple, Jaliyawala bagh and main market.

Saying it a hotel will be a tremendous insult to what hotel is From start Pros I should say nothing but still location is good and staff is willing to help but they dont have ammenities Cons Aaahhh everything But let me specify Rooms are lavish enough that two person cant easily fit in Rooms are stinky Trust me if hospital keep their cushion and pillows, they can save medicine for anesthesia If you book with extra person they will charge extra but no mattress will be provided Avoid with family or i can say avoid this 1st abd last mistake went with picture but truth is very different Just posting this that someone should not get lured by pictures like me and suffer later

Overall it was nice experience to select this place for stay very close to golden temple and jallianwala bagh .hotel was neat and clean .well behaved staff .the stay was safe and secure.good service .best hotel in affordable price .room furniture's and bathroom fittings are good and clean .i would recomend the family group to prefer this place .
