Very comfortable stay. Food was tasty and people were very cooperative. Very close to golden temple, town hall bazar, jaliyan walla bag and partition museum. We were able to walk around and enjoyed all these places on foot, every day during our stay. Deluxe room was small, but okay for the two of us. Recommended to the people who like to move around the city and tourist places all day.

The rooms were small and closed. Noone came for cleaning the next day and no water bottle was provided for the second day of out stay.

Hotel entrance is pathetic. Your cab can't enter there to unload your luggage. Breakfast was chargeable complementary but that too they have put capping per person you can't take half sandwich n like that. Lady seating in the reception is very rude and her behaviour is very pathetic.

Overall a good hotel to stay, very close to golden temple and a good thing is parking available and safe # hotel service and rooms are in good conditions, near and clean # every room they have shaft windows for air circulation
# easy access to golden temple, jaliawala bagh and main market
# price of hotel rooms is ok
# family rooms are very big with a front balcony. # they do not have proper breakfast and dinner, however they are working on a roof top restaurant (under construction) overall a good hotel to stay.

There was a lot of sound, the reception people at night kept on talking loudly. Despite asking to not talk as it was very disturbing and we were here to take a peaceful nap.
