Location is at the centre of Market so one can access everything at ease. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly too. Food was average but inexpensive. Overall feel was good staying at the hotel.

This hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the railway and bus stations. My room was clean and comfortable with a cozy feel. The staff were helpful and made my stay easy. A great option for travelers! Best for corporate.

Room was pathetically small. Cockroaches were roaming freely. Television set not working. No hot water / cold water in the hotel. Till 7.30 am room service was not available so no tea in the morning... Worst experience

For the price they charge hotel is great. Food is also reasonable and great. Rooms are clean and staff is also friendly.

This hotel is a hidden gem near the railway and bus stations. My room had a fresh, modern vibe, and the staff were always there to assist. It’s a very calm place despite being so close to the city’s transport hubs. Thank you Aatif sir and hotel Regency for giving me best service

There is no TV working. there is no wifi working. No shower 🚿 in bathroom. No wash basin in my room. Room no 209. Room is not properly cleaned

Food was average, but the room size was real small. I mean at least a person should have space to stand properly, even I asked for an upgrade and the hotel could not do it on the spot...they asked me to cancel my booking and redo it with the upgraded room I wanted. I found it really strange and non co-operative.
the room did not have an air conditioner as well.
overall, I could have found a better stay around the same area I am sure.
