"The place is great for families to have a relaxing mall holiday where they can take time and enjoy the condo facilities. We had problem with the condo parking door where the sensor at level 10 wasn’t functioning well, so we had to wait with our baby for 30 minutes to get in.
The staff handling the whatsapp chat was fast, so kudos to them for helping me out the entire time im there.
However, i still think the management can be improved in my experience of checking in and checking out. I don’t think the communication was that well with the person in charge but thank you for trying.
Also if u are staying here, please look out for the colourful cockroaches poison laying around if u have an infant or toddlers who still pickup whatever and put in their mouth. My son almost died ! But fortunately we saw him before he put it in his mouth."

GGuest UserIt's not as bad as the reviews say. Two people and two single beds for only 50 bucks. What else do you want to choose?
The air-conditioning is cold enough, the toilet is clean, the waiter is smiling and there is a 24-hour counter. There is food next door.
Except that the overnight stay is not good and it is a little dirty and the room has a damp smell (which disappeared after a while), I can't choose anything else.
I will come back to stay here. High performance 😉

But I feel very disappointed with my 2nd visit cz the breakfast is getting worse. Cheap cereal, susu tasteless, cheap sosauge, sos chili basi, tasteless soup. Roti pun keras. Aduh sedihhhhh. Kalau takde chef, boleh je hotel beli makanan gerai dan letak dari hidangkan tasteless food macam ni or please exclude breakfast from room package much better.

RRowina VBooking twin room but we've been told that the room was fully booked when arrived. Get a family room which is good to have that room for 2 nights with same amount as we paid before. But, the cleanness needs to be improved since the odd smell from toilet a bit disturbing. We are disturbed by late night chit chat from the corridor by the staff or others guests which is too loud. Overall, for short stay can be considered.

Ssad sunflowerI really like the friendly frontdesk staff lady. I love that theres a cat just sit at the loby couch 🥰. Its a really big room for single room. Got hot water n hair dryer, body soap n shampoo n electric kettle. No cofee, tea toothbrush or shower cap. The tv is okay got general chanel. But suprisingly got iron n ironboard with a really big wardrobe. Overall i like my stay there. Just the frontdesk counter really high ahaha i need to tiptoe to sign the form 😆

RRITIlocation center of kl. strategic location. and value for money. affordability, improve maintenance issues, noise cause near to road. a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Got facilities such as TV/aircond/water heater. Parking not easy. This hotel near to food restaurant and easy to find food. Also near to mall and hospital. Have to pay deposit.

GGuest UserThis is what i have go thru past few days, in 2020 i check in in this hotel, its great at that time, clean and all common property in good condition, but in 2023 all have change my perception on this hotel, okay bathroom, okay air conditioner state but few roaches here and there in the room, if you want to stay here, bring your own pesticide to kill those roaches and i dont even want to look under bed for more 'investigation', the elevator almost in dying state
