We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and had a very positive experience. The location is 2 minutes walk to a big beach. Many delicious restaurants are within easy walking distance. Public buses to the big city and Knossos Palace come regularly and stop in front of the hotel. The room was kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious with small local pastries as an extra. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. On the next to the last day we learned that our plane would be leaving at midnight. No problem for the staff, we were allowed to keep our room an extra day without any further charges. That's what I call service! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 7 nights with my parents . The room was very clean and cozy . The staff it s very friendly , Marinos cooked the best moussaka ever ❤️❤️❤️. Stelios helped us with everything. The pool it s nice. Our room balcony was small , but to drink something after dinner it was perfect . Thank you #Roxani hotel for everything , I hope to see you next year 🥰

The location of this hotel is super good- shops, restaurants, parkings, beach - everything is very close. But the hotel was dissapointment.. The rooms are very very small and one of the rooms smelt like mold.... We took two rooms- in both the hair dryers didn't work. After telling this in reception- there was no reaction. Swimming pool is small and You can use it only daytime... No swimming in the morning or evening. They just close the gate and You can't even chill in the garden. That was sad surprise.. Breakfast everyday the same. The strangers thing that in such country they do not offer any vegetables variety.. only tomatoes. No fruit at all! The staff - the owner is very nice person. Can't tell the same about the wife of the owner and his son. They were very rude, arogant. Next time would choose same area, but different hotel.

Nice hotel, room was pretty but the bathroom was far too small. Toilet impossible to use due to space. Owner is nice but cleaners talk about you behind your back. Breakfast poor quality all the food was cold.

The only good thing about the hotel was the rooms and the cleaners who were polite. The owners were rude especially the lady at the reception didn't let the cleaners change our towels and sheets for 7 days they changed them and when we asked she shouted at us and gave us the force! Das Personal war ganz nett und die Lage ist echt super! Bei dem Hotel kann man dennoch nicht viel erwarten. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, die Betten sehr hart, die Sauberkeit war nicht so gegeben. Selbst nach dem die Reinigungskraft versucht hatte sauber zu machen war das Zimmer noch sehr dreckig. Die Reinigungsktaft hat einfach nur neue Handtücher hingelegt, einmal grob durchgefegt und das war’s.. in den ganzen 7 Tagen. Wir haben irgendwann kein Geld mehr für sie hingelegt, da es nie wirklich sauber war. Die Dusche war sehr eng und kalt, sobald man geduscht hat war alles nass, da es keine richtige Trennung gab. Der Klodeckel ging immer runter und blieb nie richtig oben, das nervt. Ameisen findet man auch immer wieder im Zimmer und die Wände sind sehr dünn so das man die Nachbarn ziemlich gut hören kann. Joa im Großen und Ganzen kein so gutes Hotel aber eine super Lage. Man darf keine großen Ansprüche haben..

Balkon viel zu eng und nur ein Klappstuhl der nur quer hinpasst,also nix mit zu zweit abends auf dem Balkon mal chillen. Die Dusche sehr klein und das Wasser schwapot raus. Ansonsten alles super. Voll nettes Personal. Alles in der nähe,von Supermarkt,Restaurant Cafe,und nur ca.3 Min zum Strand.
