One of the best hotels i've stayed for a while considering the price. Excellent staff, especially on the reception. The hotel was clean and the food was decent. The pool and the spa were enjoyable. The superior room was quite confy. Had no troubles whatsoever

Second stay here, last one 2 years ago and delighted to say still superb. Standards are high from the first contact with reception staff, special mention to Tania who could not have been more helpful and charming. The staff go out of their way to give you the best stay. The manager took time out to talk to us and her attitude to guests and her own staff shines. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you for everything. (Irish coffee)Evening meal and breakfast were excellent also. We will be back again. By the way she said yes😁

This hotel sits on the outskirts of Leiria, and it is easy to get on to the road from there. The reception staff is very friendly, especially the young man. So is the young waiter in the restaurant at night. The food is pretty good. The hotel is modern and clean. It offers a spa area, which I did not use. The bed is quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom is OK. Breakfast is very mediocre, and the coffee, unfortunately, terrible. Overall, ok.

I booked a 1-night stay through Odisseias, including a SPA for my husband and me. Regarding the SPA, we really liked the dark environment, a very positive point for us, as well as the relaxing ambient music. In April 2024, I went through Odisseias and the experience was bad. The room was very small compared to the previous one where I stayed in October 2023. As soon as I opened the bed, I found hair and a blood stain on the mattress pad. I left a day earlier than expected (I was staying 2 nights), informing the reception that an unforeseen event had arisen, having received an unpleasant response that "as it was also through a voucher there was no problem regarding losses" (when I didn't even question the possibility of recovering any amount).
