The hotel is not too bad, but the service is shockingly bad!!!! The hotel is out of town in the forest, and yet there is no hotel parking. The only parking available is a public parking in a blue zone nearby, where one has to change the disc every 3 hours during the day. The police is giving fines regularly. Then the bad turns to worse when we heard the pool was closed despite being heavily advertised on the site. And finally the room itself. There was a terrasse which was filthy, one could not seat on the chairs as they were so dirty. We ask to have them cleaned at reception, they said yes, but nothing ever happened. There was a full ashtray not emptied for 3 days. And then the soap distributor in the shower was empty when we arrived, we had to ask again to have it filled. In the meantime, the sop distributor for the sink run out and nobody thought of doing something about it. And then, there was the light on the mirror. Out of 3, only 2 worked, we mentioned it, but nobody ever came. The staff at reception told us that the hotel was great until it got bought by Enzo group and since then it completely fell appart. The receptionist told me he got abused every day by unhappy customers.

Great points: Staff responsiveness, location, sleep quality Good point: breakfast, solid wifi Bad points: outdated keys Awful point: sewer gas smell in one of the bathrooms. It’s a drain air pressure issue and probably only evident on the top floor. I wish we had changed rooms immediately.

Petit wk en famille, programme, visite de Metz et du Zoo Amneville. Une nuit à l’Hôtel Diane, chambre communicante pour famille idéal, propre très bon accueil. Donc nickel pour wk et cour séjour. Seul bémol : Parking , zone 3H ou payant , dommage pas de parking gratuit pour la clientèle. Mais en posant les bonnes questions, trouvé alternative .

Nous étions déjà dans cet hôtel il y à 2 ans. La chambre est la même que nous avions une suite Propreté ok mais une petite odeur de renfermé tout de même. L’accueil très simple et froid depuis le changement de groupe « Enzo » Attention aux prix qu’ils annoncent au téléphone ce n’était pas le même la bas ! 40€ de plus ! Je trouve cela exagérer Le seul point positif est la proximité avec le zoo à pied Je ne pense pas revenir dans celui ci

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu une chambre sale (erreur système je suppose, pas d’excuse ou de changement de chambre, merci d’attendre…), plus que moyen de la part de la réception. Salle de bain qui sent les égouts mais literie agréable (nous avons bien dormis). Les petits déjeuners très corrects pour un 3 étoiles. Jour 2 : carte de chambre démagnétisée, porte laissée ouverte par les femmes de ménage (merci la sécurité des affaires), pas de changement de serviette, pas de papier toilette, etc. Réceptionniste désagréable et indisponible (en pose clope toutes les 5 minutes). Dommage que la relation client ne soit pas au cœur des priorités du groupe Enzo…

Nous y sommes rendu en couple pour un séjour ,le contexte Amneville est super. Parlons de l'hôtel, accueil peu satisfaisant, chambre et salle de bain pas très propre. Nous pensions dîner à l'hôtel, arrivé là on a été envoyé au restaurant le pit'stop buffet à volonté à 25euros,et bien plus jamais !! C'est une cantine !! Produit fraîcheur qui laisse à désirer, contexte déco grand prix formul 1 nous étions le seul couple le reste n'était que des hommes seuls ,deux femmes sont entrée et on aussitôt fait demi tour rien de surprenant. J'y suis allé ya quelques années, ça n'était pas du tout ce que c'est devenu. Rien à voir c'était beaucoup mieux avant. Nous y retournerons mais dans un hôtel hôtel un vrai.

Tres bien situé pour profiter de la zone loisirs, beau cadre. Decu de l'accueil, pas de sourire, ton meprisant, salle de bain peu accueillante, douche dans baignoire avec pommeau de douche a 70cm du sol, oublié la douche debout. Ce serait un hotel parfait a 70€ mais très décevant a 138€. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Hotel vieillissant, appliques glaces sdb ne fonctionnait pas, signalé à l accueil, mais n a été fait.
Peu d accueil.
Minimum dans les chambres, pas bouteille eau, ni mouchoirs....

L hôtel est situé au milieu des bois, très bien situé par rapport à toutes les activités, aucun bruit, calme, la literie y est extra. Double porte en entrant ce qui est confortable en cas de bruit. le petit déjeuner y est copieux. Le personnel est sympathique
