Every thing was wonderful staff food pool room fantastic hospitality it was very beautiful holiday

The hotel was very popular about 25 years ago I’m told by locals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly however the hotel doesn’t seem to have ever been updated from it’s heyday. The rooms are so dusty my nose started to bleed by the time I left. The bathrooms have brown furniture and a bidet instead of a toilet spray. I hated using the toilet and bath, I felt dirtier coming out than going in! The balcony was only a foot deep and the windows let in so much noise. I would have left and booked another hotel but it was non refundable. The only thing that made it nice was the staff. Outside the hotel were taxis that overcharged but if you do need one just cross the road and hail one, it’s a lot cheaper. The hotel across the road is more modern for a similar price, I’d go there if I had to return.

This hotel is not far from the bus terminal, about 1.2 kilometers away. It is very convenient to go to the central port of Jerusalem and to the tourist attraction Petra. geographical location good. Hotel prices are not expensive either. The bus must do this company.

We chose this hotel for the pool with a view. only we could not enjoy it. Indeed, from 5 p.m. the rooftop of the hotel is transformed into a lounge bar for external customers. the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are dated (bathroom and room from the 50s) for the same price it would have been better to go to the movenpick

Amazing 😍 I checked in regency palace hotel yesterday at the Middle of night....the facilities are very lovely..staff sooo polite and friendly...the room was clean and huge...and the best thing of the stay was the view from our room....will definitely try again

I recently stayed at regency hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. While the staff was very polite, it did little to make up for the numerous issues we faced during our stay. Firstly, the rooms are incredibly outdated. We had to request an upgraded room, which is unacceptable for the price we paid. However, the most frustrating aspect was the lack of internet. We called the reception multiple times, but they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. On our final call, we informed them that we would leave if the problem wasn't fixed, and shockingly, their response was, "leave." This level of customer service is appalling. Although the gym is spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was rich, these positives do not outweigh the negatives. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

We liked everything about the Regency Hotel in Amman. We were greeted with warm welcome on arrival . We had a nice room located in 17th floor ، the breakfast was delicious . Evening meal was delicious also and very big portions ، the staff were absolutely amazing thanks to all.

We have spent 10 days in the hotel this month. Overall we are satisfied with our stay, the room was absolutely clean, the staff was kind and helpful, over and above we liked the breakfast very much. I definitely recommend to stay in this accommodation.

Restaurants, a barber and many accomodations onsite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The checkout times are an added bonus.
