Seems like management gave up on this property.
1. you call the front desk at 0, no one picks up.
2. I had to go down to reset my room access card, they said the door battery is dead.... I said to them that not not an excuse.
3.. load music until 4 am... Like hotel night club
4. To access they had to send someone from maintenance with a master key to open my room door every time...3 days at this property the same issue still exists. It was frustrating.
I tried to share my frustration with the front desk... Management nowhere to be found...
I recommend if management becomes truly invested in this hotel.

I recently stayed days inn hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient — close to many attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
