For our purpose, this hotel was fine. People were nice. We liked the location, We the breakfast, the view from the rooftop restaurant. We had issue with water dripping from one of the showers into the bedroom turning it into a flooded room. We had it cleaned twice, a very nice man. But seems he did not convey the issue to the management to fix it. The other shower head was broken too. As the result we had to check out after 4 nights.

Well located hotel with apartment style with kitchenette with free water.. the apartment clean and the WiFi is strong, nice staff and good breakfast in the roof top with nice view to Amman city, we ordered food from near by restaurant , there are many cafes around.

Well priced and all in all an easy stay. Staff are incredibly friendly and will do what they can to make sure you enjoy your time here. Stopped off here for one night when we first arrived and would definitely recommend. Parking available outside the hotel and in the basement car park.

The hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apartment that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

I found the property to be clean and extremely nice location. We walked five to ten minutes to every where. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, all were very close by. We had an incident with one of the employees that we thought not nice. ASA I informed the manger ( Mr. Alaa), he made sure it is corrected and spared no efforts to make sure we are satisfied. Truly, appreciate the professionalism shown by the mangers. Overall, the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk with.

Stayed for two nights. The apartment was excellent, with a bedroom, little bathroom and proper living room area with a kitchenette. Really convenient. We were disturbed in the morning by a rather loud call to prayer from a nearby mosque (although I assume this would be the case in most hotels in Amman, as there are a lot of mosques). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice although not opulent. Shower wasn’t great.

Very nice hotel. We spent in total 3 nights in two different periods of our holiday. Both the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The breakfast at the last floor is very good, with a lot of choice and a great view of Amman, The neighborhood was safe and with many options for dinner and/or coffee from the hotel to Paris Square. You need a taxi to go Downtown. very nice staff.
