Cigarette smoke in the entrance. Peculiar location of reception at 1st floor. Dark and narrow corridors. Spacious and clean room. The hotel did not give a safe and pleasant feeling. Would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. There are better places in the area.

Family of three we had two spacious bedrooms on the top floor. Apartment was clean and fairly well equipped, a kettle would have been good although there was an espresso machine. Bathroom was amazingly spacious and a separate WC. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely stay there again

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself. I booked through *********** and had to give a credit card number. When we arrived we paid with a different card. The original card showed a pending charge so I questioned the staff and was told it would not be charged. The next day it was charges, so I informed them of it and was assured they would take care of it. 3 days later the charge was still there so I called them, and was told they would issue a credit to my account. Hasn't happened! I have a dispute pending with my credit card issuer. Also reported to ***********, who contacted the hotel. They refused to do anything. I've sent the proof of both charges and am hoping they can straighten this out. Horrible customer service!!!

On arrival found it very difficult to get into property.( Received message with door code just after). Had to wait for someone coming out to gain access. Need directions for parking. Room great once in.

LOCATION: Ideal. I arrived by train and it was about 5 minutes walk down the same street, nice and flat for the wheelie case. Lots of local sights within easy walking distance including the cathedral (France's largest, twice as big as Notre Dame in Paris), Jules Verne Museum and the incredible Musée de Picardie. APARTMENT: When I entered, I was blown away by the superb views over Amiens including the the cathedral spires from both the sitting room and bedroom windows. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything needed. STAFF: Amiable and helpful VALUE: Outstandingly good.

- The carpet in the hallway leading to the bedroom: very very stained, it is unacceptable to leave the floor in such a state! - The smell of tobacco in the room, - The dustbin dented, broken, traces of rust, dirty, - The uncleaned microwave: leftover food inside, - Very dirty sink, leftover food, grime, - Dirty refrigerator, not cleaned, - Floor under the kitchen table very dirty, not cleaned since...,, or never cleaned, - Missing crockery, eg only 1 glass for 2, - Empty shower gel product. Positive point: the proximity of the Cathedral and the Hortillonnages. This city apartment is in dire need of a complete cleaning and renovation. These remarks were said at the reception when we left.

Hotel well located close to the train station, the city center and the equally famous Saint-Leu district. Quiet and pleasant hotel, very clean. The rooms are spacious, well equipped. The quality to price ratio is excellent. A special mention for the breakfast where many organic products are served. I would stay there again.

the apartment was dirty especially the kitchen, food stains all over the wall, Horrible smells that do not go away despite being ventilated / almost no kitchen tools, the minium / tiles on the floor of the kitchen broken and dangerous. Cold apartment without any decoration; not far from the city center very expensive for the quality of the apartment we do not recommend it
