The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was really well designed. The whole room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast room is delightfully decorated and food was delicious and sustainable.

Good stuff: Great location, nice historical building Bad stuff: the owner/manager super rude and can't take fair criticism. We stayed for one night, left a fair review stating that the pillows were really insufficient (1x small flat square pillow each) and the owner thinks it's appropriate to respond with a toxic and unprofessional attitude. Pillows cost literally 10Euros, and I think it's that as a minimum standard that pillows and bedding are adequate without guests having to leave the building, walk up the street in the middle of the night and beg you for more. As a professional, you should take note of this and solve the problem. For less than 250 euros you could easily provide this basic amenity in every room and prevent future bad reviews. If you had not been so awful, I probably would rate you 4/5 stars.

Location was fantastic however we were staying in the rooms slightly away from the main hotel. They were clean but found the beds very uncomfortable along with just one small square flat pillow each. I am 7 months pregnant but even my husband found it quite uncomfortable

Very well located hotel, close by the cathedral, the St Leu district and easy to get to the boats for Les Hortilonages. The room was comfortable although not huge, the receptionist was helpful to us I’m finding our way and suggesting restaurants.

It's in an old building in a pedestrian area just south of the Cathedral, and we asked for a Cathedral-view room. They said the nearest parking was beneath the Place de Trois Cailloux which is about 200 m away and this worked for us. Our room turned out to be on the 2nd floor up two flights of rather narrow curving stairs, and there's no lift, but we managed. Not suitable to those with mobility problems. It had an attic window with indeed a view of the Cathedral. I was a bit worried if the bells would keep us awake but at night all was quiet. The room was comfortable and adequately equipped. Breakfast on the 1st floor was good. Very pleasant staff. It has a very good location, within walking distance of all that we wanted to see. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. It was very hot when we stayed, unfortunately there wasn't any air conditioning but a fan was provided. Breakfast is available for 12 E pp, but we didn't try it as there are many great places to eat in the vicinity. We stayed in the chapel room but this room wouldn't be suitable for someone with walking difficulties as it's at the top of a staircase, and there isn't a lift as the building is old. There was mention of a drinks service in the information pack, but no drinks list or price was provided so we ended up just buying some in town and requesting ice in the evening which the hotel were happy to do for us. I had been in touch with the hotel to find information on traveling from the airport and they helped with bus and taxi information. The bus was very cheap at just 1E pp and wasn't too difficult to navigate even though our French is woeful. We just paid the driver as we boarded and there was information on a screen that was helpful too. (601 service) The hotel close the doors at 8pm and there's no receptionist after this time, we didn't have any issues with this as a key is provided so you can come and go as you please. The courtyard layout means that noise does echo a little but we weren't bothered at all. There's a TV in the room, but only has local channels, no fridge and shower only, no bath. Cleaning is done on request and fresh towels and extra coffee and tea can be requested at reception. The light show at the cathedral shouldn't be missed and it's just a few steps away. This isn't a luxury establishment, but I love to stay in family run places and this hotel ticked all the boxes. Can highly recommend a stay here if you are going to explore Amiens.

Not only an excellent location from which to visit the Somme battlefield, Amiens itself was interesting- the hortillonage, the cathedral (fascinating tympanum), and some lovely restaurants. We spent 2 nights at the Priory which is wonderfully positioned, just steps from the cathedral, and with parking close by. The hotel, and our room, fully met our expectations. We would happily return, and would recommend.

This is a gem of a little hotel in a perfect location - in the pedestrian zone beside the majestic Cathedral of Amiens. Close to shopping, sights, the restaurants of the Quai Belu, and (best of all) with convenient underground parking in the Square Jules Bocquet. We couldn't have picked a better destination.

It is situated next door to the Cathedral and surrounded by ple ty of restaurants and cafes. It has the old world charm and architectural appreciation that you would expect. The Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
