This was a great place to stay. Front desk staff very nice when we checked in, and throughout our 2 day stay. It was nice to have free breakfast, coffee and juice. Very close to restaurants and stores. Our room wasnt huge, but was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Would stay again.

We stayed there for 2 days and we can't say enough good things . The front desk ( Jackie) was very helpful. It's nice to know that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists. Jackie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable . The pool and hot tub were spotless , as was our room . We will be staying there every time we are in Buffalo.

The hotel was very clean. They even cleaned the room while we were out for the hockey game. It was nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast was good and the area was constantly being cleaned by the staff.

Check in process took forever as only 1 person was working. However, she was very friendly. Pool area had no towels. Room smelled like smoke. Area around hotel was dilapidated. But you get what you pay for. Stay included free parking and breakfast and use of the warm pool and hot tub.

The hotel was excellent. Very clean and cute rooms. It is evident that the staff takes pride in their jobs and the hotel. Also, great location to the outlets, great breakfast, front desk woman who checked us in was excellent, and pool and hot tub perfect. Will stay there again next time we are in Buffalo.

I like how the hotel was located close to grocery stores and shopping centers. What I didn't like was plastic utensils, and paper cups, and dishes.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff excellent, always ready to help, the complimentary breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay again!
