We stayed here for 3 nights as part of an organised tour. It's located in the mountains just outside Jaipur. Worth the extra time to get here. The hotel is a family run business and I have to say, it was amazing. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a lot of personal touches from the family. On arrival we were great by the the owners son. Led into the entrance hall, made to feel comfortable whilst we checked in. We were given cold drinks, shown around and then led to our room. Our bags were there to get us but what a room. It was beautifully decorated, cool and very comfortable. In our room was a personal hand written invitation to dinner at the hotel. The food was excellent. We ate outside in the garden, lit by fairy lights. It was magical. The staff extremely attentive. After a busy day touring the city, we returned to the hotel and relaxed at the pool. Had drinks in the bar, whilst the owner talked is through the amazing collection of family photographs with the Maharaja and other Royals. Some we had recognised from the City Palace ( the families are great friends). I would thoroughly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel.

Beautiful property nestled in nature & serenity. It has pockets of areas that are really beautiful. Pool patio the lotus pond and front garden that is really pretty . I had my yoga group from San Francisco they loved it soo much . We had a beautiful morning sunrise yoga class as well as evening yin class . The staff is polite and sweet . It has that old world charm with modern emeneties . The rooms are clean & spacious . We had a great time can’t wait to come back & practice more yoga ‍♀️

I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was far from impressive, and the execution left a lot to be desired. The chilly oil momos were completely dry, lacking any trace of the expected spice and oil. Instead, the chilly oil was served separately, which defeated the purpose of the dish. The veg platter was another letdown—drenched in mayonnaise, which felt out of place and overpowered the flavors. Who serves a veg platter with mayonnaise as a topping? The Konji lamb had a decent flavor, but the portioning was frustrating. Finding actual pieces of lamb felt like a scavenger hunt. Overall, the meal was underwhelming, and the poor execution made dinner feel like a disaster. Definitely overrated and not worth the hype.

This will clearly, not be one of the consistently 'Excellent' reviews and there may only be a total of only 20 reviews in the 'Average' to 'Terrible' categories about the Khas Bagh hotel thus far but, I am afraid we are unfortunately going to have to make it 21. VERY disappointing indeed. Aesthetically very pleasing it was but, that was about it! Like some other reviewers, we stayed at the Khas Bagh as part of a Golden Triangle tour and arrived after a very early start in Agra to see sunrise at the Taj Mahal followed by a very long drive from Agra to Jaipur. We were greeted by a young *** who, introduced himself as the owners son, assuring us of a very pleasant stay! Well, first of all we had no hot water at all (stated by some other reviewers) and the televisions did not work until the satellite fees had been paid by the hotel! Unbeknown to us, the hotel was hosting a large outdoor party which, started at around 7.30pm and went on until nearly 2am! At 6am, we were woken by the workforce who, had arrived to take down all the party equipment shouting, banging and crashing around - hence, we had very little sleep! The staff did not seem to know what they were doing and whilst very friendly and polite, appeared to be lacking any managerial guidance or, indeed, trust. For example, an order for a vodka and tonic took 90 minutes to be served! Why, staff did not know where the key to the drinks cabinet was kept! To cap it all, when we checked-out, we were offered the aforementioned vodka and tonic "on the house" to compensate for all of the problems we had experienced (which, we declined) and the hotel card machine did not accept Mastercard payments, resulting in a whip-round to pay the final bill in cash! (this was the only establishment, during our entire trip to India, that declined a Mastercard!). We heard other guests, staying at the same time as us, also complaining about various things at this hotel so, it was obvious, something was going very wrong and it appeared no effort was being made to put any grievances from guests right! We did not see the 'owners son' again and it was left to the staff to try and pacify the disgruntled guests! All of our concerns, submitted through our travel agent, were unfortunately met with total denials which, is strange. Why would we make this all up?? So, to conclude, if you happen to stay at the Khas Bagh, you will hopefully have a very pleasant and enjoyable time without any issues at all but, be warned, you could end up being very disappointed! We had our wedding at Khasbagh, Jaipur, and it was truly a dream come true! The property is absolutely beautiful—cozy, charming, and the perfect size for an intimate wedding. The heritage vibes, lush greenery, and serene ambiance made it an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The property’s layout allowed for a seamless flow between different events, making every celebration feel unique and special. That being said, a few guests did mention that the bathrooms could use some improvements—specifically better exhaust ventilation, fixing the jet sprays, and ensuring proper drainage while showering. These are minor areas for enhancement that, if addressed, would make the experience truly flawless. Overall, Khasbagh is a magical venue, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our wedding. Highly recommended for couples looking for an elegant yet cozy wedding destination in Jaipur! ✨

My family and I had a lovely stay at Khas Bagh while we visited Jaipur. The staff were all excellent and the food and service delightful. The grounds were perfect for an evening stroll. Our host Vishwaraj was also very welcoming. Highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem with spectacular landscapes and gorgeous views just outside the heart of the Jaipur city. It’s a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner, Ransher Singh, is hospitable and courteous. They organized a magnificent NYE gala dinner. This place certainly was one of the highlights of our visit to Rajasthan.
