A Truly Royal Experience at Taj Amer! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Amer with my family, and I must say—it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, every detail was handled with warmth and grace. A heartfelt thank you to Chandrakala, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay extra special. Her genuine care and hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch that we’ll always remember. The hospitality overall was unmatched—you’re not just treated like a guest, but like royalty. The staff went out of their way to offer check-in and check-out favors that made our experience seamless and stress-free. And oh, the food! Every meal was a delight, but the breakfast spread deserves a special mention—👌🏻 divine in every sense! A wide variety of options, both Indian and international, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From the moment we arrived , the experience at hotel was flawless. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. Our room was spacious , impeccably clean and beautifully designed. Service throughout the hotel was truly 5*. Every staff member we interacted was courteous, professional and eager to assist . We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool and spa . The breakfast buffets was diverse and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury , comfort and impeccable service.

Check-in and check out process was very easy . Welcome was great felt really special . Service of guest service was really appreciative, my wife felt sick mid night and they assisted me to get medicine and shown prompt actions needed at the time . Felt really welcomed at the property and part way gift was awesome

We had an amazing experience even with the only one night stay, the staff were very friendly especially Afreen, she’s amazing, the pool is beautiful and the kids area so clean and joyful, highly recommended,thank you so much and for sure will come back again

We stayed at Taj Amer from the afternoon of 25th May to 12 PM on 27th May 2025, and overall, it was a memorable experience. It was my daughter’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff made it truly special by beautifully decorating the room. A heartfelt thank you to Afreen and Lily, who were exceptionally warm, courteous, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. However, we did encounter an unpleasant experience during breakfast on the morning of 27th May. Despite placing our order on time, we waited for over 30 minutes, and only after a reminder did we receive our food. The staff at the breakfast area, particularly one lady on duty, appeared inattentive and uncooperative, which unfortunately spoiled the mood on our final morning. That being said, apart from that one issue, our overall stay was lovely. Thank you again to the wonderful team — especially AFREEN and LILY for making my daughter’s birthday celebration truly special.

Very relaxing break with great food and service. The rooms are quite large with all modern amenities. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast had a good spread. House of Ming is a great option to have Chines cuisine and is a break from normal pre packaged dinner options. The pool is quite clean. Perfect Hotel to enjoy a short break. The Hotel is a short drive from Jaipur so that guests can venture into the city without wasting time on travelling.
