Taj Amer, Jaipur

Hi everyone. It's very unlikely that during summer someone would like to go to jaipur for a staycation. But let me tell you this was one of my best decision after having experienced the property and hospitality of Taj Amer. Starting from the entry the rituals of welcoming the guest at the gate till the very last moment when I forgot my bag while exiting and the staff came running behind my car to hand me over the bag. We were made to feel special at each and every occasion. Check in was very smooth without any hassle even though the room mentioned in booking was different and I had asked for a upgrade as a platinum member Priyanka and the Managers present at the reception helped me through it. Room and overall entire property was very artistic with theme based on our national bird made me feel like I am at a very peaceful place. One of the reason to chose this property was it being the only Taj property with Taj Club . Vikas at the lounge made us feel like at home and was very cheerful and engaging food and ambience was excellent . The cultural program in the evening give you the touch of Rajasthan Culture during the stay. Ganesh and his fellow staff ensured that we don't ever get a chance to call housekeeping cause everything was being taken care of. Buffet breakfast at Shamiana was excellent with a amazing ambiance and amazing staff. One of the best part of the property was the infinity pool with a great sunrise view just one problem was there was a single shower room available in men's room. Overall experience was excellent with great hospitality. Would like to thank Mr. Devraj Singh GM for this amazing hospitality experience. Have already referred this property to my friends and family and will definitely come back soon for another stay.

Great experience at Taj Amer I celebrated my birthday here and thanks a ton to team Taj for making my special day extra special. Great hospitality and thoughtfulness . The staff is exceptionally helpful. They organised each and everything perfectly. I highly recommend every traveller to visit this hotel.🙏😊

it was a very nice stay. The ambience and food was perfect. The amenities are clean and nice. The staff is helpful especially staff members Harish and Lokesh who were hospitable and helped us out a lot! will surely visit again and recommend to friends and family!

I had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel, and I must say, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond, providing personalized attention that made me feel like a valued guest. In all honesty, I cannot think of a single area that could be improved upon. I stayed for a weekend in Taj Amer. It was truly an amazing experience considering the location, property interiors and hospitality. During our stay, there was one big group event going on however the staff ensured we are well taken care of. They were extremely helpful, polite and humble and service was also very prompt. Food was great, and the room was also neat and clean and Spacious with all the required amenities. Gym was also well equipped with latest machines. Overall my experience was awesome and I would love to visit the property again.

Great experience… The pool is amazing & the services are super fast! Went there for my husband’s birthday celebration… They really made it very very special day for the both of us… He loved the stay & in room dining experience… staff here is very sweet & the welcome ritual was also very good

As I said in title, staying in TAJ is just like wearing a TAJ. they make u feel like u r a prince or princess of a kingdom, and that kingdom is none other than the property TAJ. The staff who received us were amazing in hosting and the way they attended us it was really memorable. it was really a hassle free check in and through out the stay they helped us so much. I would like to mention some names who actually helped us very much Mr. aniket Mr. Kunal Khandelwal Miss Nikita Miss priyanshi everyone and above stated staff were really of very sweet and helping nature. not only for us they were helping each and every guest who were on the desk, lobby, pool, cafeteria. everywhere they were found helping the guests. it was really an amazing experience.

It was absolutely great stay at Taj Amer jaipur there was Absolutely great stay it was memorable wanted to mention few names they were extremely prompt to deliver memories on special day mr. Krishan , Mr. Kunal , Ganesh , vikash and team members on floor like chumie and kupu was so nice to engaged with kids Mr. Ghosh operation head driving the team ina excellent way

Great property ... we were there is one of the worst months to be in Jaipur with 45deg heat. But staying at the hotel and enjoying the property was great. The breakfast selection, the evening high tea with cultural dance, the restaurant and cherry on icing with awesome staff. All were highly courteous be it the duty Manager Mr. Kamal, the check in staff Priyanshi and were helped by Kupu with lots of amazing pictures .. they are were always there ready to serve. Great keep up the good work team TAJ.
