This place is steps away from the ocean! There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance and even more in a short drive. They offer a very nice breakfast every morning as well.

When arriving to the hotel the front desk guy was absolutely amazing friendly and kind But when leaving the front desk girl was not helpful at all. I love the view Unfortunately we didn’t have a car because it broke in the high way so we couldn’t stay Sunday and took an Uber to go back because nobody help us really at renting a car or something.

The facility was in it's first week of operation. Lovely facility and very nice staff. .With that said there were a some items that were of concern. The shower door opens into the bathroom allowing water from the door to drip onto the tile floor. If the bath mate is placed in front of the sink it does does not reach the area infront of the door. There is no hand rail in the shower. The business center, computer and printer, is next door at the adjoining Courtyard, freestanding with no privacy in the lobby. With that said this is still a very nice facility that coud use a couple of finishing touches.

Beautifully decorated, remodeled Amelia by the Sea condo. Sought after first floor, three-bedroom, two-bath unit with ocean and pier views. Owners purchased and remodeled this unitin 2020 to be a home away from home, so everything is new and lovely. The beach, pier andpool are steps away with no need to access stairs or elevators.The roomy master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, en-suite bath, large closet, and best ofall, a direct ocean view with direct access to the private terrace. The two guest rooms share abath--one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with large closet and dresser, and the other has twoqueen-sized beds, a chest of drawers and large closet. All three bedrooms and the living roomcome equipped with cable TVs with internet access (for Netflix, etc.), and there is free highspeed Wi-Fi throughout.The large open family room has lots of comfortable seating and beautiful views of the ocean andpier.

Rooms were adequate. A little dated but mostly clean. Enjoyed the stay overall. Location was convenient to beach, restaurants and bars. Close to Fernandina shopping and marina. They charge a resort fee of $36.00 per night which offers wagons, beach chairs and bicycles for free. Hot tub and pool were clean. Moderate breakfast of bagels, cereal, yogart, juice, coffee and muffins Overall good experience... mini vacation. i was alone and felt safe.
