ALLA VOSTRA CORTESE ATTENZIONE: Buongiorno, come da precedente telefonata intercorsa intorno alle 16,00 di mercoledì 26/06/2024,nella quale ho EVIDENZIATO LA SCARSA QUALITÀ RISCONTRATA DELLA CAMERA 109 CHE MI È STATA ASSEGNATA , NULLA DI UN 4 STELLE DI CUI VADO AD ELENCARE: SERRATURA PORTA INGRESSO CAMERA DI NESSUNA SICUREZZA BAGNO: NON FINESTRATO E SPROVVISTO DI UNA VENTOLA DI VENTILAZIONE, DOCCINO PER FARSI LA DOCCIA DA APPENDERE NELLA VASCA DA BAGNO CON L’ IMPOSSIBILITÀ DI REGOLAZIONE DEL FLUSSO E DIREZIONE ACQUA IN QUANTO DOTATO DI RUBINETTI VECCHI E ROVINATI, ALTEZZA VASCA DA RENDERE DIFFICOLTOSO ENTRATA E USCITA DALLA STESSA, MATERASSI Due singoli accostati, PRATICAMENTE SFONDATI(dormito malissimo e scomodo), è stato messo un topper per risolvere il problema ma ovviamente non ha funzionato. Wir waren zwei Ehepaare und hatten je ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück über HOFER- Reisen gebucht. Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Zimmerschlüssel aus den 60ern - Uralttechnik. Es geht weniger um die Sicherheit, sondern vielmehr darum, dass man anfangs rund eine Minute benötigt um auf- oder zuzusperren (der Schlüssel muss in der "richtigen" Tiefe ins Schloss geführt werden) Die Bewirtung - Frühstück und mögliches Abendessen - liegt NICHT in der Hand des Hotels. Diese Dienstleistung wurde an ein anderes Unternehmen ausgelagert!?! Frühstücksbuffet wirklich schlechte Auswahl. Brot, Wurst, Käse wird tatsächlich nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Absolut unverständlich, zumal das wirklich unfreundliche Personal - bei schwacher Gästebelegung - nicht ansatzweise gestresst sein konnte. Wir hatten vier Nächte gebucht. Das schlechte Wetter hat uns aber "in die Karten gespielt", so sind wir gerne nach drei Nächten abgereist. Cinque Terre ist jedenfalls eine Reise wert. Dieses Hotel leider definitiv nicht.

Dit hotel is een prima hotel voor èèn of een paar dagen het heeft een leuk buiten zwembad met terras waar je ook kunt dineren. Het ligt wel buiten het stadje en het heeft wel veel onderhoud nodig. De kamers en badkamer zijn goed en hebben airco. De bedden zijn prima. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Er is geen gezellige lounge om te zitten Het ontbijt is prima het diner is minder.

Siamo andati con amici dopo aver ordinato una catalana con aragosta già da settimane prima...quella che ci è stata data era una aragosta piccola e non sufficiente ai ns occhi come volevamo...il vino versato non ha soddisfatto i ns amici intenditori che hanno chiesto specifiche etichette ...insomma pur essendo clienti da lunga data non siamo usciti soddisfatti ...peccato Enrico cena finita con un sorbetto tiepido...errore.. spero nel prox futuro!!!

Hôtel 4 étoiles😂😂 hormis la piscine, le parc et le parking pas grand chose qui puisse les justifier ! Chambre datant d’une autre époque, la salle de bain d’un autre temps : douche sans débit, eau chaude capricieuse Petit déjeuner indigne d’un4 étoiles dès lors qu’on ne trouve même pas une tranche de pain frais ou une viennoiserie digne de ce nom. En cette période on se serait attendu à trouver au mins un fruit de saison : hormis des pommes, des bananes et des oranges rien! Jus de fruit inexistant : même pas u super marché vous trouverez meilleur Pas de chocolat à disposition… pour ceux et celles (des enfants par exemple) qui ne boivent ni thé ne café, passer votre chemin

Même si la chambre est spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain est vieille, les prises électriques ne tiennent plus.. La piscine est bien.. Le petit déjeuner, que dire, oubliez croissants frais, pains frais, etc… bref 4 étoiles pour cet hôtel c est du vol…

È vero che è un po’ datato ma molto pulito, arieggiava un buon profumo leggero e gradevole, il materasso ottimo, bello duro molto comodo e anche grande . È vero che si ha un po’ di difficoltà a regolare l’acqua. Con la chiave della porta ci vuole molta pazienza, ma è molto tranquillo. Il ristorante è eccezionale! Si mangia benissimo! Piatti veramente molto molto buoni e giusti. Cene romantiche all’ esterno con un bellissimo panorama. La piscina bella pulita dotata di sdraio e ombrelloni. Viaggio molto e da anni mangio la colazione Inglese, ma qui non esistono le uova fritte o strapazzate con il bacon , grande pecca, unica pecca ma per me grave; per fortuna mi hanno fatto due uova senza farmi pagare extra ( anche se mi ha detto che sarebbero state extra) . Le ho accompagnate con delle fette di osso collo , ma non è la stessa cosa. Nel complesso bene.
