Our safari company booked this lodge as part of a tour package. We were pleasantly surprised to have an elephant view room that had amazing views of the animals. Our room was super nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Titus was our house keeper and he made sure we had great experience. We loved the elephant bar! It was so nice to unwind at the end of the day. We did not have an all inclusive package but that is okay the drinks are inexpensive and they take credit card. Caroline was our server and she was amazing. It was fun talking to her and she made sure we were well taken care of! The food was okay. It’s buffet style and they try to make sure there is something for everyone. The breakfast is by far the best. Rafael took care of us for all meals. He was fantastic. Dan was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw as much as possible. He also made sure we had the best views for photos. Overall great visit and would highly recommend

A very coming environment where the staff makes you feel at home. The first day, so many people had already memorized my name and greeted me each time at meals. They asked how my day was, what animals I saw, etc. shout out to Titus for keeping my room clean, Dennis for assisting me at each meal and Amoit for being a joyful person.

We were told that there are not a lot of options in Amboseli for visitors to stay and Ol Tukai is the best one. The hotel has a lovely reception area which is preceded by an inviting bird walk (where one can get to see a few birds). The ambience is inviting and there is also the corridor adjacent to the restaurant where elephants and other animals can be spotted regularly. But the rooms are pretty average and the food probably just above average. Due to overcast conditions we never got a single look at Mount Kilimanjaro. As long as one does not raise expectations based on other lodges or camps in Kenya, it would be okay

This was the most amazing place I have ever stayed at! You feel like you are sleeping in the middle of nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and varied. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dennis, who was our main waiter. The pool and the rest of the grounds were well-kept. It is a very good location and is close to watering holes and lakes where there are lots of opportunities to see elephants and other animals, and there is an amazing view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Would thoroughly recommend this lodge!

We loved this lodge. 2 minutes drive and you are immersed in the park. From the lodge grounds you can see herds of zebra, wildebeest, and plenty of elephants, as well as Kilimanjaro. The bar has an upstairs lounge which also provides a great place to relax and view the wildlife. The accommodation was comfortable with private bathroom and all amenities. The staff were great fun and dining (inside or outside) was very good.
