Constance Tsarabanjina - All Inclusive

My goodness, this place is paradise, totally unique. The reason is that it feels like home. As soon as you arrive to a special welcome on the beach Elenor the manager said to me “your our family now” and that totally sums it up. We became part of their whole family. A place that is total luxury yet you are not sitting on ceremony at all. Staff mix with you, they know your name and they have fun with you too! Eric and Edmond in the restaurant work so damn hard along with all the restaurant staff, the food is to die for too! We met beautiful Faneva on the boat ride over and she showed how much she loves working on the island, she became a special part of our trip, always smiling with us The hotel is ran by Lucas and Elenor and they do such a perfect job, it can’t be easy managing 80 men and 11 women! What we loved the most is that the staff spent time with us in the evening at pre dinner drinks and at Christmas we all partied and ate together, just like family The island is idlic, the bungalows are amazing inside, full air conditioning after the heat of the sun. We stayed in bungalow 7 on the south shore, amazing views and a few steps and you are in the sea, just simply perfect Nothing was too much trouble, they care for you just as you would your own family. They even have a resident nurse! Please please don’t ever change the concept, we have travelled far and wide and have never experienced this, we very rarely go back to the same location twice but we are already planning our return for this December, if you stay three times your name is embedded into the bar, that we are aiming for If you are hesitant about booking, stop and book now, your life will be enriched for doing so! My husband and I stayed at Constance Tsarabanjina for 4 nights in August 2024. For us, the property was magical, immaculately attended to, and incredibly situated. Above all, there is a feeling of community and the property managers and staff go out of their way to remember you and make you feel special. It's one of the best ocean retreats I've ever been to and although we tend not to repeat vacations, always looking for new experiences, I would love to return.

Another Constance Jem where do I start, if you want Robinson Crusoe, this is the Place. The property is idilic, so small, only 24 rooms, so never crowded and plenty of space between, you also get your own loungers on the beach. The walk along either North or South beach is simply lovely. The staff, that is what makes it, Lucas and Elena have installed a feeling of community, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a wonderful stay. As all inclusive, there is free flow of cocktails, bubbles, wine, beers, and some good wines too. Buffet breakfast and Lunch, top notch food, not a lavish affair like you would get in Dubai, but you are on a small island in the middle of nowhere, it all adds to the charm. if you like that, stick to Dubai. Diner is alacarte, with multiple choices. The staff like you to meet before and they all join in and even have a drink, which is really nice as you can see they are relaxing and having some fund too. It is quite a trek from the UK, we went via Ethiopia, and it really was not that bad and would recommend Ethiopian airlines.but it is well worth it. A really different vibe when there are so few rooms. Would 100% recommend and will 100% return.

Great escape and beautiful paradise. It was a spectacular experience from the day we arrived until the day we left. The staff were very helpful despite the little discomfort we faced after the delay of our luggage (it was the airline’s mistake). It will be always great to go back.

It has taken a couple of weeks to write this review since I do not even know where to begin & also because I want to keep this place to myself and not let anyone know it exists…Tsarabanjina was our best vacation thus far! It is heaven on earth thanks to the beautiful, luscious scenery and the amazing staff. Last year we stayed at another island with villas in the Maldives, but nothing comes close to Tsarabanjina. The corals and quality of stay are simply unmatched. We felt like the only guests on the island quite often during our stay on the 28-villa island. We enjoyed many great conversations with the staff while making our way around the island or at the bar around dinner time.   When we arrived, we were greeted by all of the lovely staff and provided with all the info that we needed. Upon the night of our arrival, there was a Malagasy-themed night with dancing and appetizers on the beach. The zebu and fish skewers on this night were tender and delicious. It was a great welcome.   We opted for a few extras/excursions to include the romantic lobster/seafood dinner on the hilltop, snorkeling, diving, and the trip to Nosy Komba to see the lemurs. Originally, we did not plan on diving since it seemed fairly intimidating to us as novice-intermediate snorkelers, however Giulio and Martina managed to convince us to give it a try and wow was it worth it..The corals were so full of life and the variety of ocean species was mind-blowing. Giulio and Nestor escorted us on the dive and managed to make us feel 100% comfortable..so much so that we already want to do it again. My wife also had a massage which was incredible and it was so relaxing that she fell asleep twice! The prices of the extras/excursions were extremely reasonable. I do not think you will find such great experiences for a better price elsewhere..   The food was amazing..from the breakfast and lunch buffets to the well-plated three-course dinner paired with a lengthy wine-list. There is something for everyone.   As we departed on our boat transfer to Nosy Be, we were the only couple that day so we had the boat to ourselves and most of the staff at the hotel made it out to wave goodbye to us from the beach. There may or may not have been some tears on our part due to the fact that we did not want to leave..   Once again, thank you to Elena (Lovely & warm personality), “Mr. Eric” (the host with the most), Martina, Gabriel (Good luck in the Seychelles), Issa & Hubert (Keep smiling and being funny), Maholiday (Keep making great drinks!), Giulio, Nestor, Gideon, the snorkel/boat guides, receptions, and many many more whose names I cannot remember. Additionally, thank you to those who worked in the shadows but did a fantastic job with the cuisine and keeping the entire island beautiful!   Our stay at Tsarabanjina will forever be remembered as one of the greatest times of our lives and we will 100% be back.

Beautiful island, staff is excellent, food pretty good to OK. But it’s 20 miles from the mainland. Need to take a boat over, I would recommend sitting on the outside seats seems like someone gets seasick often. Once there very laid back and chilll. Very few children mostly couples. Villas were very nice we were on the N side which gets less weather. Snorkeling is average on property. Beaches are excellent- should have gone diving. One quirk and one complaint. Most guests are Italian, seemed odd that far from Europe. Almost all staff speaks Italian - not an issue at all just unusual. Wish they had more Italian food ! One thing I would change is dining. The dining room gets very crowded. Two seatings earl and Kate would likely remedy, but I am a traveler not a hotel manager.
