Les chambres sont vraiment bien : spacieuses, confortables, parfaites pour se reposer. Rien à redire là-dessus. Mais alors, le restaurant… quelle catastrophe. Le personnel manque clairement de formation, et le service est interminable : 50 minutes pour des entrées aussi simples que des beignets de crevettes et des croquettes de poulet, et à peu près autant pour les plats. Quand enfin les plats arrivent, la déception continue : la viande était tellement salée qu’elle était immangeable, et la cuisson demandée n’a pas été respectée. Franchement, une très mauvaise expérience. Je reviendrai peut-être pour les chambres et profiter de la piscine, mais le restaurant ? Jamais.

Soggiorno obbligato per una notte durante il tour del nord del Madagascar. A differenza di altre strutture vetuste e con tutti i limiti di tale paese a livello di servizi, qui ci si trova in un complesso costruito un anno fa ad Ambilobe. Beh, hanno fatto tutto sbagliato: camera enorme difficile da raffreddare anche con aria condizionata accesa, arredi già macchiati, scarsa pulizia. Nel pomeriggio ci va via anche l’acqua, il personale risolve ma anche il mattino dopo abbiamo problemi. La cena decisamente sotto la media rispetto alla buona cucina locale malgascia. Reception poco cortese: dobbiamo pagare dei rum extra presi a cena al check out, esigono solo valuta locale (no euro, no carte…).

We verbleven tijdens onze rondreis 2 nachten in dit hotel. Aankomst bij de receptie werden in het Frans te woord gestaan en poging tot het praten in Engels was niet mogelijk want ze gaf duidelijk aan geen Engels te spreken en via Google Translate geprobeerd om te vragen of er wel iemand Engels sprak en het antwoord was nee. Alle vertalingen gingen via onze gids. De kamers zijn groot en schoon, maar de airco is ruk als je deze op 17 graden zet denk je hmmm lijkt wel warme lucht! De aanwezige ventilator welke ingebouwd zit kent 1 stand en dat is knetterhard, en dan gaat deze soms langzaam en dan weer snel, kortom een eigen wil Hoofdstuk warm water wat schijnbaar van heeeeeel ver moet komen kraan stond gemiddeld 5 minuten koud/ lauw water te spugen voordat we wat warm water kregen. Wifi, je kan alleen appen en geen foto’s versturen via de app, receptie geeft oohhh ik zie het ik heb ook geen connectie en normaal doet dit het altijd, met andere woorden wat zeuren jullie (oja via Google Translate) Het Kozobe restaurant, dat is een lachertje. Diner, 1.5 uur gewacht op 2 pizza’s en na wat gezeur kwamen ze. Het is dat er niks anders in de buurt zat want het eten is SLECHT EN TRAAG personeel loopt druk te doen met niks. Iedereen kijkt elkaar aan met zo blok hoelang zitten jullie eral? Overigens we gingen eten met onze chauffeur nadat een ander restaurant dicht was maar deze man werd volkomen genegeerd door het personeel. Het eten duurde zolang dat sommige mensen gewoon wegliepen uit het restaurant. Wil je hier overnachten doe het dan ergens anders s.v.p.!!

Nonostante sia un hotel nuovo ( costruito 2 anni fa) pecca su molti punti. Pulizia pessima, lenzuola e salviette poco pulite e piene di macchie di vario genere , divano , sedie e pavimenti lasciamo perdere . Aria condizionata non funzionante , colazione pessima e scarsa , anche la cena deludente. Sconsigliato

Stanze molto belle e fin troppo grandi, con tutti i confort. Un po’ rumoroso il fronte strada ma accettabile. L’ambiente è pulito e il personale sempre molto cortese. Piscina a 5 stelle che però abbiamo solo visto e non utilizzato. Molte zanzare in zona e un simpatico geco in camera, poco di compagnia. Io ho soggiornato qui una notte sola e complessivamente non mi sono trovato male. Sicuramente buono per soggiornare di passaggio.

Stanza sporca e fatiscente, cibo scadente. Non credo ci sia molto di meglio nei dintorni ma sconsiglio comunque di pernottare qui se non è indispensabile. Connessione wifi lentissima, a tratti inutilizzabile. La piscina è passabile ma molto affollata.
