I won't describe the hotel, but one ball is already too much. The hotel is not safe for those with a car. I arrived and they gave me a room on the fifth floor, I parked the car in the second parking space reserved for the hotel. A gentleman lowered the barrier to let me in. The car was parked 4 meters from the entrance and visible from the reception desk. At 7:30 pm I went down to go to dinner at the restaurant opposite. At around 9:00 pm I returned, the car was fine, I went up to my room, after 10 minutes I heard the alarm go off, I looked out and saw it go off and the lights were flashing. I went down and found an open door and two suitcases gone... I should point out that they didn't contain any valuables, but only clothes for the trip. I thought that if I had stopped near the entrance, there would have been extra security. I went in and asked if they had seen anything and heard the alarm. The answer was no, I heard it on the fifth floor, they at six meters had not heard anything. I ask if they can check the cameras, they do but they leave after the lights are on and tell me that there is no one near the car. I ask if they can call the Gendarmerie, but they say it is closed, we will talk about it tomorrow. Luckily I did not park the car in the back parking lot. I know very well that they will say that they are not responsible for the stuff stolen from the car. But since I often use Ibis hotels, in the other structures the employees do not stand guard over the cars, but they intervene in case of alarm, to protect their customers. Here it seemed to me like cohabitation with someone who stole, The same thing happened to me 40 years ago, the car stopped near the entrance door, and in the morning found completely empty. In the morning I asked why they steal from cars, Answer we are not interested and we do not look at the stopped cars. There were other stopped cars, all in the dark. I will not return to this hotel in particular, continuing to use the others. Whoever wants to go, do it, but there is a good chance of not finding the car

A disaster, never seen before... the list is going to be long for room 318. Blocked bathroom sink Leaking sink trap Blocked toilet Shower head that sprays both in front and behind Cleanliness that leaves something to be desired... there are even hairs still present in the bed... Dust is everywhere The furniture is broken And the reception doesn't even make up for all these negative points, it is non-existent... I'm used to traveling in Ibis, I've never seen that! I don't recommend it at all
