The hotel was not at all safe and family friendly. I travel-led with my brother. We booked two rooms for 2 days on urgent availability basis but my brother checked in first and then i checked in later that day. It was not at all giving a safe and family friendly vibe so we had to vacate immediately. Couldn’t get back refund also.

Please do not stay, the hotel is an unwanted location, the room is not ready at the time of checking, no proper cleaning, no breakfast available, waste of money.

The tv wasn’t working, hot water wasn’t available and water problem in the bathroom. Landlines wasn’t working properly and food was at-least 2 n half hours lately delivered.

To share the experience about my stay at hotel apratim. Below are my reviews:
1. The room i booked and showed was completely different as that was given when i arrived at hotel. 2. This is not hotel for family stay, i don’t understand if execute has visited to actual location and taken view of hotel. 3. The hotel took extra charge on giving the packaged drinking water and dental care which i suppose hotel give that as complementary. 4. The keys of hotel room (412) given to me was missing and hotel staff used to carry master room to unlock the room and that is reason i feel unsafe and kept all my luggage in my car rather than check-in to hotel. 5. This was my worst experience with booking such unsafe hotel. I don’t understand how the hotels are shown. 6. I faced challenges on getting breakfast. I would like to take action and also please remove the hotel this is one of the unsafe hotel i have seen. If the customers are making booking paying extra charges to get safe and secure place and not getting it than from next time onward s i would call directly hotel and book my stay instead of relying. Hotel was at very nice location and also hotel looby and rooms were very neat and clean room was spacious with good lights and ac and staff was so polite and friendly and we will surely visit again
