Too Noisy - Suite rooms 314 etc. are subject to loud music from a bar next door! Very loud music till mid night and hotel does not do anything!!!! The hotel did not mention this while booming. Please avoid!!! Only good thing is the restaurant and staff!!

My family and I found ourselves in an incredibly tough spot one night due to dense fog, zero visibility, and extreme cold. Desperate for shelter and safety, we approached this hotel, hoping for a warm room to protect our kids and ourselves. However, despite the late hour and the emergency situation, we were turned away because of their policy against allowing a couple with two kids to share a room. It was heartbreaking and frustrating to be denied accommodation when we needed it the most. We understand policies exist for reasons, but in moments of crisis and urgency, we expected a bit of compassion and understanding. We were left outside, shivering in the bitter cold, feeling utterly abandoned by an establishment that valued rules over human well-being. I urge this hotel to reconsider its policies or at least have some flexibility for emergencies. No family should ever be denied a room when seeking refuge in such dire conditions. This experience was not just disappointing but also deeply upsetting.

Booked on spot for one night. There was too much humid smell in Lift. In the name of extra bed they have given mattresses. Bathroom was not up to mark wrt amount charged. Only positive point is its location surrounded with brands shops and happening area.

I am currently staying in the suite room of Clark inn Ambala and I must tell you that this has been my worst experience in a hotel ever .My husband’s clothes from the laundry is missing. Bathroom is unhygienic. There is brown water coming from tap and today I could have gotten seriously injured as there bathroom exhaust fan was about to fall off on my head . The front office is least bothered and act clueless. This property needs a big time renovation and professional staff. I am myself from the hospitality industry and have worked with some finest brands and sorry to say but Clark’s inn needs to get their basic standard right .

Stayed here for one night in March 2022 Pros: 1) Location has both positive and negative aspects. The positive is that it is located in an upscale shopping plaza. There are plenty of shopping and eating option available in the plaza. 2) Another plus for location is that it is bang off the main Amritsar-Delhi highway making it very convenient for a night stay on the drive. 3) The tariff is reasonable. 4) The room and bathrooms were clean. 5) The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. 6) The WIFI was free, but was a bit hard to connect to. 7) The place is quiet at nights. Sleep quality was great. Cons: 1) The room decor looked a bit old and tired. 2) The bad thing about the location is that it is far away from the city centre. 3) They did not have the quick 6-hour laundry as advertised in their brochure. They only provide the longer day-long version. 4) The room was small.

It is regarding it's restaurant actually. We went there in the day on our way back from Chandigarh. It was almost empty. W ordered some and it took too long to serve. Moreover one dish we could not eat because it was raw and after having lunch we told them that this item was not good to eat and it should not be charged. To which they said no and that as per their standards it was ok. The potatoes in JEERA ALU were raw but they did not agree. Very strange. Anyways we paid the entire bill and left. May be this is their behaviour towards outsiders. Had we been locals or regulars, they would not have dared behave like this.

1. The package was a reasonable one with Room charges 5100, meals over and above 2. No warm water supply on both days of stay, 3rd and 4th Feb. These are winter months. 3. No Wifi signals in Suite 323. 4. Only one hangar in two room suite. 5. Room heating not working on both days of my stay. When operated it cooled the room further. 6. No buffet dinner on 03 Feb, only one dish served in package without any starter or soup. 7. Bfast experience on 4 Feb; at 0712 hrs no waiter in restaurant and no food laid out. I entered kitchen, found one staff and asked if atleast Maggi was able, even that wasn't. Finally was provided with Paratha subzi after waiting. 8. Lastly, I was to return from office at 1400 hrs, but the hotel staff didn't have the courtesy to extend my check out beyond 1100hrs. I had to ask for my check out at 0730 hrs in morning instead and was forced to change in hotel lobby at afternoon for my afternoon journey. 9. Request senior management or owner to verify these facts from cctv recordings and Mr Mayank (reception duty on 4 Feb). 10. I don't think I will come back to this hotel in future. It has been a bad experience.
