Restorana 2 gün önceden bahçeye rezervasyon yaptırdığımız halde listede ismimizin olduğu durumda bile bize yer olmadığını söyleyip içeri kısımda köşede bir masa gösterdiler ve biz bahçede ayırttığımızı söylediğimize rağmen yer olmadığını söyleyerek cevap verdiler kesinlikle garsonlar çözüm odaklı değil ve bize yer ayarladıktan sonra sanki bize yer bahşetmiş gibi tavırları rahatsız ediciydi!!

Öncelikle otel çok iyi konumda, hijyeni, temizliği oldukça başarılı. Personeli yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Restoranı çok keyifli ve bence mutfağı çok başarılı ve lezzetli. Güzel şehrin en güzel otellerinden biri. İnsanda tekrar şehri ziyaret etme uyandırıyor.

Vecchia dimora nel centro cittadino ristrutturata come albergo , che conserva il fascino della casa antica con un bel cortile interno dove si mangia. Tre (mezzi) piani con le camere, ovviamente senza ascensore, di buon livello , anche se il bagno era decisamente piccolo e il lavandino, pur originale (fatto di pietra con rubinetteria ottone) , poco funzionale (non siamo riusciti a far uscire l'acqua fredda). Wifi sufficiente e personale gentile (sempre solito problema di mancata conoscenza inglese) , con colazione, però, da migliorare.

Otel temiz çalışanları ilgili idi keyifli bir bahçe restoranı mevcut bazı günler canlı müzik var ama 22 de müzik bittiği için bir sorun yaratmıyor özellikle çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlü idi Tek sorun banyo ve tuvaletin oldukça dar olması sorun bizim kaldığımız oda ilemi ilgili idi bilmiyorum Amasya’da tercih edilebilir konumu yere yakın
