As soon as we entered we should have turned around, but we had pre-paid and were on a schedule. The lobby was messy and the front door broken. Trash present in the beds out front. Front desk was not friendly and gave no directions to room, albeit maybe she had a bad day. We got a room on 5th floor facing I-40, super noisy have earplugs. No coffee maker in the room and we couldn’t get TV to turn on, but didn’t bother reporting it as we had phones. Furniture was in disrepair, walls peeling, chair torn, paint on the TV, and carpet you don’t want to walk barefoot on. I swear the stain on the floor looked like somebody was murdered or committed suicide in the room. We were only there to get some sleep for 8 hours so we did the best we could, but nobody wanted to shower in the morning so we skipped them. The breakfast was a joke, cereal, bananas and juice. Go to IHOP next door.

I liked how close to the medical center it was. There is a waffle house next door and an urgent care across the street. The check in process was fast, the associate gave me a map of the property and explained how to get to my room. I thought it was a pretty nice experience. It was not a Marriott style but a perfect place for a night stay and friendly budget.

This is our go to hotel when passing through Amarillo because it's clean, simple and close of Torchy's. Rooms are on the smaller side but well designed and just the right size for one night. Good variety of breakfast options. Friendly staff. Good value.

The beds are great and we had a wonderful night's sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely kept up. I love that the Marriott hotels have the pump shampoo, conditioner and gel attached to the wall of the shower. No more little plastic bottles to throw away. Breakfast had many good choices. Everybody was very friendly. We recommend this hotel highly if you are in Amarillo.

The hotel is amazing! Great parking, clean, great rooms, outstanding front desk-customer service. Liz, from front desk was absolutely helpful and patient in responding all of our questions, she took the time to explain the difference between the hotel next door which is the same but not. After a long road trip and stopping at multiple hotels in different states, this one has been the best one so far. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and talking to Liz if at all possible, she will greet you with a big smile and will make you feel welcomed right away!

We had an early morning flight and opted to stay here because of past good experiences. Very clean, friendly staff and very close to the hospital and medical facilities. Early morning the drive across town to the airport was easy, 15 minutes.
