We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Rina, staying for a full week. The villa has the most wonderful views and is so peaceful and relaxing. It is spotlessly clean and the included breakfasts are superb especially Rina’s homemade croissants with a touch of lemon from the lemons grown at the villa. The dinner that Rina made for us was excellent and included wine. Rina is a welcoming and helpful host. We highly recommend Villa Rina and hope to return. There are a lot of steps up to the villa which is the reason that the views from the villa are so stunning. It’s a haven of tranquility.

Unless you’re allergic to the biggest and most beautiful lemons coupled with a stunning vista of the Amalfi coastline, then this could be a great choice to stay over a few nights. Rina is the consummate hostess as she does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even to the point of making & serving up authentic local cuisine…make sure though you’re at the table at the agreed time…or else. Only wee niggle we had was being charged around €6 for each piece of luggage that Rina’s helpers carried up the 400 odd steps to the accommodation…would have been useful to have been aware of this upfront as we could have comfortably managed our bags rather than assuming we were sampling local hospitality.

We just left this beautiful, relaxing place after 4 nights, 4 lovely dinners and in a better shape (400 steps each way (mostly stairs). Rina and her team wants to do everything to make you feel at home. You can buy drinks/coffee etc and either enjoy it in the garden, the terrasse or your balcony. No matter where you sit, you have the most incredible view. Dinner is served every day at 1900, remember to book it the night before or when eating breakfast. We can highly recommend this place if you as a guest are mobile and able to walk uphill from Amalfi every day.

Amazing location on the Amalfi coast. Views for kilometres from our room which had doors opening onto a small balcony. Our room was spacious, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great wifi. Set high above the township and surrounded by lemon groves Villa Rina is a lovely place to stay. Rina is a delightful host. The included breakfast is very good. Rina will offer you dinner cooked by her. I think it was 40 Euro each. We took up the offer one night. It was 5 courses with a small jug of wine (1/2 litre?) and limoncello to finish. The food was excellent. A word of warning to prospective customers. There are a lot of steps up to the property as is the nature of the coast. It was hard work, but for us , but well worth it. Rina can organize a porter (15 Euro from memory) if required for your bags. We rose to the challenge and carried our own. But if you have trouble with hundreds of stairs, consider something lower down in town.

Rina great host, staff brilliant - rooms cleaned every day to high standard - good home made food - great views - great setting - quite a few steps to be aware of to get to villa from sea level- worth it if you can walk ok. Donkey help with cases to villa 👍. Loved it.

What a wonderful place to stay, high up above the busy hectic town of Amalfi. The accommodation is superb but the the food is even better. Rina is a magnificent host and cares for every guest. It is a bit of a walk but worth it when you arrive. And the breakfasts are to die for. The food is always freshly prepared. This country house is highly recommended and worth a repeat visit. We loved every minute, thank you Rina

I’ve been to Amalfi Villa Rina with close friends and family. At the very beginning I was amazed from the view but after a couple of nights we realized the owner was so rude! She compelled us to pay more the amount conveyed without informing us we should have paid an additional fee (due to car parking). Worst service ever and rudeness for free.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here - the room was spacious (with private garden) and clean, the A/C strong and the views AMAZING! Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Yes, there are 300 steps to the property, that will have to do in the heat probably and with your suitcases (0r you pay the porter 10euro each piece of luggage). no way around that. But the views are worth it , and it is not a bad walk to/from the downtown area (about 20 mins).
