不錯的酒店，很有特色的和洋結合建築，大浴場也是很有特色，餐食不錯，服務員都熱情有禮，旁邊山上風景很美。

（元々、姉妹宿泊施設の海王亭に予約していましたが、宿泊前々日に宿からの電話連絡により夢ほたるに変更になったため、こちらに記載しております。） 夕食のボリュームにはビックリいたしました。その一言です。 夕食は部屋食でした。「海賊グルメプラン」座卓に乗り切らないほどのお料理が運ばれてきました。刺身は大きな船盛で、その中央には伊勢エビのぷりぷりとした刺身が鎮座しており、その周りを鯛やブリ（ハマチ？）にアワビの刺身が取り囲んでおりました。 別皿で出された茹でワタリガニも一人一杯出されて、無心にその美味しさを楽しんでいると、次から次への料理が運ばれてきます。 もう座卓に乗り切らないんじゃないかと焦りながら、美味しい魚介類を堪能しました。仲居さんが次々と料理を運んでくるワゴンの音におびえながら、思い出深い夕食を体感いたしました。 露天風呂も開放的な作りでゆっくりと旅の疲れを癒すことができました。ただ、開いているのが当日夜10時までで、翌朝は入れませんのでご注意ください。屋内大浴場は翌朝8時まで入浴可能です。 旅館玄関奥のラウンジも清楚なソファーセットが数セット用意されており、露天風呂にゆっくり浸かった後、食事までの時間に利用させていただきました。生ビールと瓶ビールを飲みながら（もちろんお代は必要ですが）くつろいで、当日行われていた北京冬季オリンピックでの日本カーリングチームの奮闘を大画面TVで応援しました。 決済手段について、予約時の基本宿泊代（一泊二食付き）はオンラインによる事前決済でクレジットカードが使えますが、現地での追加ドリンク代（酒・ビールなど）は現金決済しかできませんので、いくばくかの現金をご用意されてください。 朝食を済ませ早めに出発しましたが、フロントの方が、車が見えなくなるまで手を振って見送ってくださりました。こちらの宿に泊まらせていただけてよかったという思いの締めくくりになりました。 このお値段で、美味しい食事に、露天風呂に、控えめながらも感じの良いスタッフのサービス。これはお勧めの宿です。

外装、館内共に和風レトロな雰囲気で、非常に楽しく過ごせました。店の方も穏やかで丁寧に接客していただきました。貸し切り状態でとても満足できました。

There was an outdoor pool and a large bath, but the open-air bath was not available. The staff was friendly and the distance with the guests was just right.

New and chic room, spacious for 5 pax, and everything was provided. Pantry was nice, bathroom was great too (love the Pola body and shampoo!!). Also room was warm during the cold winter month. Staff was exceptional, we left our headphone at a nearby izakaya without knowing it, and izakaya contacted staff of seacruise, who immediately picked up and delivered to us around 9am+, just when we were loading luggage to the car and about to leave! Huge thanks to the lady! Room located on 2nd floor without elevator, so need to haul our luggage up the stairs. Check in was at their glamping site as seacruise navio was closed on Wed, and the site was in quite a remote location.

The location is remote, the dinner teppanyaki is very good, the room is big, the terrace of the hot spring is poorly designed, the water is very slow, and it is only half of the body. After checking in, the staff led us into the room and introduced the facilities in the room. At the beginning there was a feeling of panic and nausea. This feeling lasted for about an hour. It didn’t start to disappear until I sat in the restaurant for half an hour for dinner. I only felt that the room was dark and the design was a bit strange. I don’t know how to understand it. There is something hidden in the curtains. I went to take a picture of the curtains. Of course, they were tied into the face. I just felt uncomfortable. During dinner, I told my mother about my situation, and my mother told me to go through the room with my husband. Let’s train together. Because my mother’s room has 4 beds, it’s convenient for everyone to stay in the hot springs for one person and one room, but I know that in the end my room was not trained, I just put my luggage, cleaned up, and soaked in the hot springs that night. After that, I passed the left mother’s room. The mother’s room has two beds behind the screen in the living room. There is also a room with two beds on the inside of the guest room. That night, my husband and I were trained in the two beds in the room, about 11 Around 00:00, my husband and mother were preparing to train, and my father sat on the tatami in front of the open-air glass door out of the terrace and watched the phone. I went over to talk to my father about training at night, and then I went left. I came back and stayed with me. I woke up my husband and told my husband to train with me. I was not surprised. When I got up for breakfast the next day, I told the whole family that I felt a sense of anxiety. Next, let me talk about my father. I thought I went back to my room training. I asked for some explanation. I saw that I was on the left side of the toilet and left the door. I thought I went back to the toilet after I went to the toilet. We stayed at Iseya a whole week while visiting my partner’s son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren in a nearby town. We have stayed in Obama previously for the same reason, and the town was just as nice as we remembered. But this was the first time we had stayed at Iseya, and we are so glad we did. The ryokan has been there for centuries but was rebuilt in 2019 and now has all the modern comforts. The in-room private onsen is fantastic, real geothermal spring water, and really hot. The views and sunsets over Tachibana bay are great and we enjoyed watching the local older people play “grand golf” on the town playing field opposite the hotel (with the bay behind) every morning at 7 am. But it is the staff who really make the place special, so friendly, despite our very poor Japanese, and several speak good English. We really felt welcome, despite being the only foreigners staying there on most days. The breakfasts are fantastic, no need for lunch, and different every day. We ate there just one night and the meal was equally good. The housekeeping was immaculate. Overall highly recommended, and although not cheap, not vastly expensive either and definitely good value.
