Very nice spacious hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak Japanese they were able to translate for us. 24hr room service, can order meals for half the price in store. Older style hotel but very clean. Depending on the room you choose, some have snooker tables others have slot machines etc. Will stay here again if I visit Japan.

My family has a good experience with the service and location. It's unfortunate that they're planning to remove the in-room washing machine, which could be a drawback for future stays. Hopefully, they consider replacing it with an alternative amenity.

At that time, this hotel is happy to have a pick-up car from 1 people. Also, I stayed in the superior room on the upper floor for the first time, but it was usually a business hotel. I was impressed because the standard room was like a training room with a two-stage bed. I feel like it is a designated accommodation for ANA, so maybe the employee is standard. The receptionist before the stay was also overflowing with CA, but the general one was receptionist at another counter.

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？

But I also told them that there was a Japanese man with a huge tattoo in the same room, so they remained silent and pretended they didn't understand me, I pointed out that guy and they left ignoring me. Immediately another person from the staff arrived and told me to stay but to cover my tattoo, I told him no, I wanna return to home, i will leave fast the hotel, then he forced me to put a towel on, grabbed my arm and hurt me, and repeat to me stay in the bath. I recommend all foreigners with tattoos not to visit the hotel, because the rules are a bit strange, it is not allowed to bathe with tattoos, but Japanese people with tattoos are allowed, and then when you agree and want to leave the bath, they violently try to make you stay, and covering your body. I do not recommend a place like this, they are criminals and weird staff. The quality of the viking also went down a lot, it's not like before, the food is greasy and the fish smells rotten, the meat is bacon, not steak like 2 years ago.
