This place is a dream palace. The accommodation is probably the finest we have experienced as a family. The staff were very helpful and had a good knowledge of English. I am embarrassed to say that we English (most, not all) don't put enough effort into reciprocating. The apartment had 99% of everything you could wish for (I could have done with a colander or sieve to drain my spaghetti) although the hob was confusing and instructions may have helped. Also the washing machine and tumble dryer were aimed for the German market and a basic set of translations would have helped other nationalities (if you feel they are necessary to your business model.) I can't fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff though and we would return but feel the island is mainly interested in the German Euro. The view of the sunset was fantastic. Thanks for a lovely week. Whoops, nearly forgot. Please move your furniture around gently as your floor is someone else's ceiling. For example if you are scraping your patio chairs around you are likely doing it on someone's bedroom ceiling. Be considerate and we can ALL have a nice holiday.

We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect location for a family. View from our apartment overlooked Amadores. The apartment was really clean and the cleaner came around 5 days out of 7. Apartment had everything we could need. Pool was lovely and there is even a small water slide for the kids!

I would give this Aparthotel 9 out of 10.I stayed in the Family Room appartment. Firstly the living space is massive and the kitchen is fully equipped.I only went with one other person -my mum but there are 4 beds in the bedroom so ideal for families with children.There is a lovely terrace outside with deck chairs and table etc.Awesome view of Amadores from the third floor main swimming pool as seen in the photo I have shared. The hotel shuttle will bring you to the beach in Amadores at 10 and 11 am and back at 4 and 5.30 but we found it grand to walk down and then shuttle or taxi back. Restaurant at Vista Amadores superb.As for tours we went to Maspalomas one day and the Las Palmas and highlights and Mogan tour with Low cost tours-all i would recommend.Also a great boat trip is the one with LineasSalmon to Anfi del Mar. The only disadvantage and why it gets 9/10and not 10/10 is that there was a slight smell of sewage from the sea at certain times outside the appartment but I must stress you will find this at any hotel in Amadores,Puerto Rico as the smell wafts in from the sea so not the hotel's fault at all.It didn't bother us as we were usually not outside the appartment a lot. Also could hear the water running from the appartment bathroom above ours as it was directly above our bedroom

Nice spacious apts. Lovely view of sea and beach area, spotlessy clean . Arriving here at 10:30pm no welcome pack of tea, coffee etc in room, after travelling for 12hours this would be most welcome . No info in room on how to use appliances. Buffet breakfast over in the Vista €8:50 each , not worth the money at all . Hot drinks from machine . Got chocolate twice when pressed coffee . Ate in restaurant one night , food mediocre for price . Eat down in the restaurants on the beach , absolutely lovely and great value. This holiday was an exchange with RCI and was nowhere near like for like . These apartments should be 3/4 star nowhere near 5 star .

Staying here now, brilliant place, helpful and friendly staff and the place is spotless, says it’s a five star on *********** but when you get here it’s 6 star!!! Danny’s restaurant is amazing, he has been a chief from 27 years and you can tell, the joy on his face is pure pleasure when you have enjoyed whatever he has cooked. Made our holiday for sure, thanks Danny you are the best and so is your restaurant and one of the best views around. Check out the photos

Lovely apts clean well looked after, nice and peaceful for four days of the week, then the w/end 😪. Bar restaurant and reception over the road in Vista (similar apts) the restaurant is nice good food friendly. Complex ¾ way up a hill with free bus to beach. Nice little stroll to the Europa centre, This is a timeshare complex which is now open to all.

We had a very nice stay in an apartment in Jardin Amadores. The +: - The apartment is very spacious, the view is magnificent. - the facilities are functional, there are enough dishes and linens. - the balcony is very spacious and allows you to rest on the deckchairs as well as to eat outside. - the hotel is located near the Europa Center, perfect for having a drink, eating and shopping (we recommend the Barbacoa restaurant, delicious) - the staff is friendly and welcoming - the swimming pool is very good and perfect for a moment of relaxation! The -: - without hesitation the breakfast. There are very few choices, and it's the same every day (with 1-2 exceptions). The coffee machine does not work half the time. There are only vacuum-packed pastries. We advise you not to have breakfast at the hotel and to have it on your terrace, with your products! - the beach is close as the crow flies, but the elevation is significant. The walk is doable without worries, but is sporty. However, there is a shuttle service (2x per day to go and 2x to return), at fixed times.
