15 km from the airport, free parking is available when renting a car, and renting a car is also cheap and convenient.
There are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby.
It is about 14 km from Shipwreck Bay, about half an hour's drive, which is relatively close.

Ok, not so serious, I arrived at 12 o'clock and was able to check in.
3. Facilities
There is a swimming pool, which is not big enough for swimming, a little small, but good for sunbathing. The water is also very clean. There is a bar, you can drink a Long Island iced tea, lie on a lounge chair and enjoy the time.
The room has cooking utensils, cups, and an electric kettle, but no coffee machine and hair dryer. The shower water is very large.
Considering the price, it is absolutely amazing.

The house is very empty. It is a short distance from the city and the whole journey is on a mountain road, but there is a car rental service. The room is very clean and the surrounding is quiet, suitable for vacation. The swimming pool 🏊 is also very clean. Take your kids for a walk in the evening, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A lovely family run hotel, Yannis and Irini were always super friendly and helpful. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, plus lots of other seating in the garden and around the pool bar. Food was good too. The setting is lovely as it's away from the main road so nice and quiet but only a 10 minute walk for all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a lovely holiday

Clean and friendly accommodation with a lovely pool and enough sunbeds for everyone. Sun round the pool all day. Nice bar run by the very friendly Yannis,treats everyone as family. Food provided by his sister Irene, 1st class and very moresome. A lovely place to stay, only slight downside the short walk down the road to the village (less than 10 mins but no footpaths!

Well another great place to stay in the Alikannas area. Yup some of the bits in the apartment were abit worn but everything worked as it should. Comfy beds and a good shower. Yannis is Ment to be the most helpful guy there, but to be blunt we never had to ask him for anything other than a drink!! Food is good to. All areas of the complex are kept very clean at all times. Only thing I can say is the A/C units are quite noisy but never bothered us. Just a short walk to any where you wish to get to. It would be a 9.99 from us, would stay again at the drop of a hat.

We stayed at Eleni's from June 22-June 29 2025. We are a group of six (parents / adult children and their partner / friend). We stayed in apartments 3, 5 and 10 in the older block. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable. There is the opportunity to pay for a safe and /or air con (reasonably priced). Each room has a small balcony /outdoor seating area. There is a swimming pool which was spotlessly clean , plenty of sunbeds including some fabulous four posters on the lawn - very decadent! There are some newer rooms - the Castello Suites which are also lovely , situated on the other side of the grounds. What made this stay special were the people who run the apartments. Eleni herself is a lovely lady. Yiannis was so welcoming and great fun. He was a great source of local knowledge and it was a pleasure to spend time talking to him. Irini , his sister, makes amazing lunches and is so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of our fellow guests were revisiting Eleni's , having stayed there several times before. We have been to Alykanas four times and although it was our first time staying at Eleni's , it will not be our last. If you want a relaxing , calm holiday with lovely people then Eleni's is the place. Highly recommend.

Stayed in one of the junior suites again. Lovely walk in shower. Very comfortable beds. Eleni and all of the staff are so friendly. Breakfast is good too. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds around the pool. Yiannis makes good cocktails in the evening. Gardens are well kept. Great place to stay.
