Hotel situated on the outskirts, at the beginning of the town of Alykanas, coming from Zakynthos. The great advantage of the hotel is a large and clean swimming pool, large availability of sunbeds.

Lovely quiet location rooms basic but have bath shower hairdryer and fridge and cleaned daily. Staff all very pleasant. Shuttle bus to beach Lovely pool and bar area. Shops and restaurants nearby. Food very good choice for a 3star. Will book again for next year. We had a great time.

We are currently here for a week b&b. Ill do good points first. Pool area is lovely. Large pool surounded by palm trees and very clean currently , unlike some previous reviews. Ive enjoyed using it. Plenty of sunbeds too. Most rooms have a loveky pool view too. Reception and staff friendly. Breakfast - basic but you wont starve. Toast, breads, bacon eggs mini sausages. One choice of ham and 2 cheeses. 3 cereal choices. Peaches and yoghurt. Coffee machine churns out decent drinks but only 1 in use so dine early for no queues. Only 1 toaster too, so again queues for this. The orange n juices are very poor and watery. Flies are an issue in the resort but the dining room should be covering the bread baskets with cloths. The hotel is only a 10/15 minute walk to main street which has lots of bars n restaurants and we had some lovely meals out. The beach takes about 20/25 mins to walk to but the hotel does put a free bus on approx 3 times a day and return journeys but we chose to walk. The road walk to the main ***** only has limited paths so be careful. Nagatives. The rooms are drab and the bathrooms desperately need some work and upgrades to bring them to an acceptable standard. Room was clean enough. Beds were hard although tbf we slept ok. Had to ask for more coathangers as only 5 for the 2 of us. A further 5 were dropped off for us. We wouldnt stay again but for what we paid wev had a good week.

7 min walk from town, 20 mins to beach. Large room, clean, basic, perfectly acceptable. Fridge, hairdryer aircon and Wi-Fi all included on our BnB basis. Nice large pool no problem getting a sunbed and we took our own food and drink to pool area, no questions asked so that is good. Breakfast OK-ish , you will find something.. but we were glad we didn’t pay for all inc as most of Eastern European guests had. Came hom today, Nice holiday staying there, better than expected.

Run down hotel pool green and unsafe to use and food was terrible never used the pool on advice given by jet 2 holidays as was unsafe because of the algae and ph levels food was not covered and had flies landing all over it room was dirty and smelly we went to other hotels to use their facilities this place should be shut down and refurbished we wasted a lot of money on going all inclusive as we never spent any time in the pool or restaurant

Went there for a week. VERY basic accommodation, and I still can't figure out what the deposit is paid for?! On the second night, lighting/electricity went in the whole building. Took a while to get this sorted. Very disappointed with the noise - our room was next to 'young' males, who were there clearly for party! For the whole week they were playing loud music, smoking all sorts of things and just being a massive nuisance. I was there with my kids only, and felt intimidated to say anything. Place was clean in general, swimming pool facilities were great. Location - not as good. Very busy road, and takes AGES to get to the beach. Staff super friendly, but again not too useful when the questions were asked - I wanted to travel to another town, and I did ask for direction - I was told things which at the end were not correct. You have to pay for absolutely everything - WiFi is not free! Air con, etc Rooms could do with a deep cleaning. Deposit is paid back after a month (?). Food was ok-ish.

Some of the reviews of this place are ridiculous. People need to remember this is a budget hotel charging budget prices. If you want 5* then pay for it. If you go with realistic expectations in line with what you’ve paid then you’ll have a great holiday. Yes the rooms are basic and dated and they do need refurbishment but we found them clean and comfortable. Cleaned almost daily, wifi in the room and the aircon worked perfectly. We were only bed & breakfast so can’t really comment that much on the food but we found breakfast ok - not spectacular but good enough, again, in line with what we paid. The pool is great with loungers free at pretty much any time of day. It’s just a 10 minute walk into town which is lively and has a great atmosphere. Loads of tavernas if you’re eating out. All in all, very enjoyable holiday.

This is a great family hotel. We stayed 2 weeks bed and breakfast. You get what you pay for here, the food is basic and generally the same every day but it is more than sufficient and a range of hot and cold options. There are freshly baked croissants some mornings too although this is unpredictable so don't expect them every day. The pool is fantastic, plenty of sun beds, a baby pool for tiny ones, a decent sized shallow end for kids and a big deeper end for games and lilos. The pool bar is also good although not very well stocked in terms of variety because of the all inclusive option. They don't have cider or prosecco available to buy at all which personally was a bit of a let down but I got them in the shops and just had them on our balcony instead. The room itself was way better than expected because of previous reviews. It was big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great, plenty of hot water and a good working shower. The only down side to our stay was that the cleaning staff took 4 large towels away in our first few days and only gave us 2 large clean ones in place. They left 2 hand towels as well which for us wasn't the end of the world as the kids are 4 and 6 but they weren't happy to have tiny towels to get dry with. They also didn't give us clean towels for over a week in the middle of our stay and when I raised this with reception they just said 'you have towels though, we have no more.' The next day they were changed so issued sorted. Lots of people have mentioned it being a walk into the main bars and restaurants, it's nothing! It's about a 5 minute walk even in the late July heat of 39 degrees. It is a busy road though without much pavement, but we managed with a pram. Overall it was a cheap and really lovely holiday, the hotel was nothing like as bad as others have described it.
