This was already very speechless. During the communication, he interrupted me when I spoke, and I could only speak. It was very late when I arrived at the hotel. I washed my hair because I had been driving for a day, but! His hair dryer was broken, so I called the front desk, but his tone was still very bad and he said that it could only be tomorrow. I was a little angry because it was their responsibility to check the facilities in advance, and I didn't pay. I emphasized again that my hair was wet and I couldn't sleep. He repeated impatiently that it could only be tomorrow and hung up my phone before I could say anything. I have never encountered a hotel with such poor service. I was in a good mood to travel, but I was really vomited by this. Combined with the nationality mentioned above and the bad attitude, it is hard not to suspect discrimination. It feels like they are not a company but their own business. The service attitude is very self-centered and unprofessional. However, there is a female receptionist who is quite nice, as long as it is not this old man 😅. I am really impressed by this attitude when you give me money in the past. It is better not to make money from the Chinese.
