Overall it was good. Nice surrounding and clean rooms. Staff was good and supportive. Very silent and full of verity of plants and trees makes it interesting.

We paid in advance by looking at pics, however, when we reached at the property it was completely opposite, place was completely unhygienic, pool was dirty, bed sheets and room walls were having stains, we didn't stayed there though they only shown us the rooms after checking in, there were no other families as well, because of which wife and my son didn't find comfortable to stay there, so checked out from there in appro. 30-40 mins, and checked in at the tree house astroport resort which was way better than jungle resort. I know my booking of jungle resort was non refundable however, it was complete mis communication, so would need my refund for the booking. Please confirm by when i should expect my refund, also, please arrange a callback. Thanks

We checked the property pictures before booking it looked decent. When we reached they didn’t know about the booking, showed us the room, it was fine. Elsewhere the property was not maintained. The gardens, walkway, no proper light, it was raining in between so option get an umbrella from them to walk from the room to the common area / restaurant. The network was bad there and they didn’t have wi-fi to provide which is basic anywhere you go. when we entered the pool they didn’t even started the filter in the pool, neither cleaned it nor there were any lights on in the pool in the late evening (after sunset. The service and the food was pathetic, like we were contemplating that should we leave this property at 11pm at the night and look for another resort. There was one guy kaani singh who was running around for us and one more guy but they were also kind of helpless. It was more of a farm stay without proper staff then a hotel / resort. We went out for a drive at night post dinner and told the staff that we will be coming back so keep the main gate unlocked, they said we can call them they will open. We called 15 mins before reaching so that they can reach the main gate on time or can be prepared they mentioned that call us when you are here. When we did the person said i have gone out will take half an hour to reach, they didn’t have sensibility that he can pass on this thing to someone else before going, eventually the guy came and they opened the gate for us. This stay made our trip pathetic.

The location was good, view was great too. Food was awful, in quality, in variety, overall their f&b services were really really bad.

We had a pleasant stay, resort was good with full greenery around. We had booked only room without food as we reached hotel in evening 7pm. Food was billed extra by the hotel which was priced at a higher side. If we had booked with food package from mmt it would have been cheaper for us.

This should be notified by make my trip or the hoyel itself that not mobile phone net work is there in that area. The hotel does not have wifi connectivity, no intercom, if you need anything you have to go to the reception on your own and ask for the same, in caae of any emergency we could not contact with anybody. The hotel is located far from the actual sariska tiger reserve and it is not mentioned anyweher in makemy trip. And the hotel is very hard to locate even there ia a prpblem with hotel's name. The actual name of the hotel is jungle camp but on makemytrip it ia saying beyond stay jubgle camp
