I recently stayed at your property with my colleagues, primarily because i had a positive experience during my stay a year ago. However, this time, our experience was far from satisfactory. While the amenities were good, the quality of the food was not up to the mark. We also noticed a decline in the level of service. Despite being promised welcome drinks, none were offered upon our arrival. Additionally, i had to call room service twice for morning tea, but it was never provided. Given my previous positive experience, i expected a much better level of service. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your service quality.
