First and foremost, it is indeed a beautiful and huge property. The surroundings are peaceful, making it a perfect getaway for those who want to disconnect from the city. The staff deserves special mention — they are very friendly, courteous, and empathetic towards guest needs. That said, there are a few aspects to be aware of before booking: • Limited Activities & Timings: Everything within the property, including the restaurants, shuts by around 10–10:30 pm. If you are planning a midnight birthday celebration or any late-night activity, this may not be the right place. It is very quiet and serene but lacks options for late-night engagement. • Accessibility: The complimentary high tea is served at a location that does not have lift access. For elderly guests, this can be challenging and should be considered while planning. • Integrity of Staff: I had a personal experience worth highlighting. At checkout, I accidentally left behind a small bag containing my passport, wallet (with driving license, visas, and money). To my immense relief, Mr. Chinder Pal and Manveer Singh and another staff member went out of their way to return it intact, meeting me halfway. This level of honesty and integrity truly stood out and added great value to our experience. Overall: It was a good stay, with very friendly and trustworthy staff. The property is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation rather than activities or late-night celebrations. The high rating is justified due to staff, but I felt it was important to highlight these aspects for future visitors to set the right expectations.
