Our family and friends holiday at this property turned out to be a huge letdown, and I feel it's important to share our experience so others can be prepared. The pictures provided by the owner were misleading and gave us high hopes, but the reality was far from what we expected. Poor Maintenance: The property was in dire need of upkeep. There was visible neglect, and it was clear that it hadn't been maintained properly in a long time. Uncomfortable Wooden Cottages: The wooden cottages were stuffy, had a musty smell, and felt very uncomfortable. It was far from the cozy and inviting atmosphere we were hoping for. Damaged Rooms and Bathrooms: Both the rooms and bathrooms had multiple cracks and holes in the walls, which was concerning. The overall appearance was shabby, and it made the stay feel unwelcoming. Pest Issues: Unfortunately, there were lizards all over the rooms. This was a major issue, especially for those in our group who were uncomfortable with pests. Towels in Terrible Condition: The towels provided were in such poor condition, they were practically rags. This is something that really should be addressed, especially for a place that charges a decent rate. On a positive note, the service staff did their best to be helpful, and the food was satisfactory, so we didn’t leave hungry! But overall, the property needs a lot of improvement to live up to the images and expectations set by the owner. I would not recommend this place unless there is significant improvement in maintenance and cleanliness.

Property needs an upgrade in terms of maintenance of rooms. Room quality is not good. The staff is courteous. Food is somewhat okay. Ground floor rooms do not have views. The swimming pool is not there although the lawn is good. Road towards this property is half broken.

We had a comfortable stay at the resort. The property's landscape, natural beauty, food qualify and helpful nature of all staff makes it a good option for a short trip to Sariska. We would like to appreciate the fact that they waited for us to return from our morning safari (as our canter returned little late from the forest area) before closing the breakfast buffet.

The behaviour of all staff was excellent and provided all the necessary supports. Location was very good. Food quality was very good. Room was good, having natural feeling. Spending evening time in the Lawn was excellent. They provided air cooler.

Our stay in Alwar was truly wonderful, highlighted by exceptional hospitality and delicious food. The staff was extremely cooperative, ensuring all our needs were met and even upgrading our room to perfectly suit our requirements. The quality and taste of the food were outstanding, making every meal a delight. We also enjoyed breathtaking views from our room, which added to the overall experience. With such warm service and mouth-watering cuisine, we are already looking forward to our next visit!"
