I rarely write reviews, but I just had to after my recent return to the Hampton Premier Inn. The stay was excellent as always, but what stood out the most this time was the incredible service from the receptionist, Jade. She was an absolute delight – friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was handling our slightly early check-in with a smile, giving us great local tips, or just making us feel at home after a long journey, she handled everything with grace and warmth. Jade made us feel like valued guests, not just room numbers. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and it truly elevated our entire stay. If you just aside that there is no air con , which they are upfront about this was a lovely hotel stay, breakfast was good and if you have a hungry other half like me the limitless option is well worth it

Jade was very helped and pleasant ! Polite and happy to help in any way possible! We stayed at the hotel as part of a charity event we cycled from London to Peterborough got very wet but she was happy to make sure that everything got dried and ready for the next day

This is my 3rd time staying here for a stop off drive to Yorkshire with my partner and daughter. The customer service has been fantastic with some really nice touches. 1st time I stayed they offered a small fun pack for my daughter with some complimentary drinks etc which really made her stay happy considering it was a long drive: The second time was for a trip to Yorkshire for a 26 mile trek across the moors in aid of Alzheimer’s. When we came to the room I couldn’t believe the effort that was put in. We got into the room Jade had made a pack of colouring all cosmetic themed along with bubbles a fluffy pen chocolate bars and even personalised letter to my daughter. They even left myself a laminated note wishing me luck on my 26 mile trip. Nothing I’ve ever experienced with Premier inn before and we will be staying again! Thank you
