For the first of May, to relax the mind, i choose the Relais Colle Buono and it has been a wonderful choise. The food is fantastic..a very paradise of taste and the view is magic. This was the second time here and for the second time I was surprised from the comfort, the class, the excellent food, the view...everything perfect. A special thanks to Giuliana who takes care of us and to each request and always with simile. The second thank to Alessio, the Chef (better to say Masterchef)..the food was particular but with km 0 ingredients, merging the simplicity with the elegance. And last thanks to everyone that are working to guarantee the high level that Relais Colle Buona has.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful peaceful setting, the rooms and building are all done to a very high standard, the swimming pool is amazing, perfect for family, nice breakfast, freindly staff, top class spa facilities. travelled with 4 young kids, it was our first time, but we will be back.

We decided to go to Alvito to attend the Feast of Santa Mesia on the top of the mountain in Castello d'Alvito, the village that my grandparents emigrated from in 1909 to come to the United States. We have been there several times and usually stay at the historic Sipari Palace half way up the mountain but they are doing renovations. We found this lovely place and loved it so much we are planning to go again next September! From our balcony we could see the glorious Comino Valley. There are cooing birds in the morning, the mist rolls about and , yes, sounds of a rooster. So charming. There's an infinity pool with a splendid view, dinner by an award winning chef, full sunny breakfast and a beautiful spa. Staff is just great! This is THE place for us now. Hope you get there soon before the word gets out. About a 2 hour drive from FCO. Ciao!

The most amazing weekend getaway spot. Beautiful rooms, pool area and restaurant. The food was amazing and the place was clean and very well looked after. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. My family and I cannot recommend this place enough we felt at home and very looked after. We can’t wait to come back!

We were looking for a place not too far from Rome to spend our first few nights in Italy. And we found this gem. A great setting, lovely rooms and facilities, outstanding views, excellent pool, and a superb, really interesting restaurant for dinner as well as great breakfasts. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, the area is interesting, and we loved it so much we ended up coming back for our last night (and dinner) of our vacation. Can recommend it very highly all around.
